Hundreds of millions? Well if you’re going to lie you may as well make it a whopper.

About California. I was in Sequois National Park a few years ago, camped on the side 9f a mountain overlook8ng the central valley. It was a sunny day and you couldn't see across it because of the smog. Sm9g is caused by gas powered internal combustion engines.
Phasing out chainsaws and other gas power equipnent is a good idea. One of the reasons that the new electric pickup trucks sold out is because they can be used to charge equipnent.
I recently got a air fryer. I love it. I am doing about 1/2 of the cooling that I usually did in my gas oven It is quicker, cheeper and doesn't heat up the kitchern. We also have an electric lawn mower. It has lasted longer than any gas powered one.

We don’t have the infrastructure to go all electric. That is the reality. And not everyone can afford electric cars.

People aren’t thinking And/or those who have more money don’t care about those who are less fortunate

I respect your opinion and say thankyou for posting. I would like to hear who you would think should be the Democratic candidate in 2024. We don't really know they are leaders since they have not yet showed any sense of leadership.

Good question - I have no idea yet. I thought Tulsi Gabbard was the best option for democrats last time but she got the boot early because she wanted to shake things up

My bet is the best won’t run. Who wants to subject themselves to the grind of increasing nastiness from the opposition.

The question is
Will republicans force a default instead of paying trumps bills as the Constitution demands.
It’s the right who thinks they’re exempt from paying bills.
Trumps bills , no less.

Thus speaketh a zealot with no connection to reality.

For the last four months, I have been plagued with " restless leg syndrome". For those of you that don't know what it is, it is a nervous twitching of the nerves in the legs that can keep you up all night. While on a cruise, my wife suggested I try the acupuncture aboard ship. I did. It is now completely gone , but should have a tune up session once a month. I heartily recommend acupuncture for treatment of any kind of ongoing pain, or discomfort.

Good thing you followed your wife’s suggestion.

Any idea what caused it to start?

So you think Fox news has a licence? Are you really that stupid? So you don't see those FCC spots when your TV station needs to get it's licence renewed?

Emily is correct. Milosia is lying. Just for you - even Snopes says milosia is wrong.

As for the FCC they have no authority over Cable channels. You’ll find that in the Snopes link too.

Yes he was. We have to get those who follow the ideas of Pres.JFK into our Current democratic leadership. I think there are still a few out there. So I ask my fellow liberals/progressive Democrats on this forum who can be the next liberal leader like JFK. I believe it's Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders or Beto Orourke, Pete Buttigeg or even Michelle Obama. If you have any others let's hear them. The other choice is to support Pres. Biden if he does run for re-e******n next year. Incumbents are very hard to beat.

The ones you mentioned aren’t even close - and none of them are leaders.

If someone like JFK were running I’d v**e for them.

I can agree with that, at least, up to a point. His political legacy must still be wide open for discussion.

But then, does that apply to Adolf Hitler, Josip Stalin, Mao Zedong, Pol Pot, Jeffrey Dahmer, Al Capone,...?

His political legacy yes. But denigrating someone’s character because you didn’t like their politics, no.

Denigrating mass murderers is different.

That’s like praying someone into heaven at the funeral that wasn’t a believer.

I don’t see the point in discussing anything about them as a person.

Carter’s legacy is being the weakest president. He became president because Nixon bailed out too easily. Nixon was doing EXACTLY what the democrats were doing and have been doing forever. Same thing Brady did in New England with belicheck!
One change to history though, Carter’s legacy is now 2nd weakest president behind FJB!

His legacy to his family and how they’ll remember him is what they’ll care about. I see no reason to deride him now.
