The terribly insecure trump is terrified that he is going to lose, so he is planning to take his sorry ass to the SC, where he already has a 5-3 majority.

So is he afraid that some conservative justice will abandon him?

It appears so, and trump must be scared spit less that chief justice John Roberts may v**e against him.

Why did Lame Duck Pres Obama look to have his choice for the Supreme Court passed in 2016 & not wait & allow the next Pres to choose?!? Especially when it was a forgone conclusion it was going to be Hillary Clinton?!? Perhaps he wanted to have his choice be part of his Legacy... Less likely, because he feared Donald Trump was going to win... Either way, it was within his Constitutional Power to make his Nomination to the Senate... And it was within the Senate's Constitutional Power to choose to not confirm the Nominee...

This time around, a One-Term Pres Trump has the Constitutional Power to make his Nomination to the Senate... And it will be the Senate's Constitutional Power to choose to either confirm or not confirm the Nominee...

It's all in the US Constitution and It's Amendments...

2 things surprised me about the Post's picture:
First, no one was wearing a mask... Second, the picture has Joe surrounded by hundreds of people when in the last several months he's made sure no more than 6-7 people were within a football's field of him...

The US is a constitutional republic, in neither our constitution or founding documents is a capitalist system even mentioned, it really didn’t exist as a concept at the time.

It's surprising to me that you misinterpret my post by using the fact Our Constitution never mentions a "Capitalist System"... I said Our "U.S.A.'s Capitalist System" & you know very well Our Constitutional Republic allows for Our Capitalist Economic System...

I do applaud your not mentioning my stating the U.N. is a N.W.O. Organization, showing that you understand that it's true...

Kevyn... The U.S.A. Stature in the U.N. is based solely on U.S.A. Funding... It's a N.W.O. Organization who loathes the U.S.A.'s Capitalist System... So why will it be "short sighted" to have them move out physically when they've done it Systematically already?!?

roy... "Warp Speeding Another Justice" will not change any P**********l or Congressional V**es... "Waiting To Confirm Another Justice" will not change any P**********l or Congressional V**es... The 50 State and D.C. V**ers will decide this without the SCOTUS Vacancy having any impact regardless of what you or the Mass Media decry...

As a truly International Organization, the Main Offices of the U.N. should move from New York City in the United States to the most Neutral Nation in the World, Switzerland. A move that can be completed within 3 years.

The move is costly, and to this end, the U.S.A. will give the U.N. $2 Billion per year for 3 years. After the 3 years, the N.Y.C. Offices will be shutdown, and any expense in moving after the 3 years will be paid for by the U.N. Nations other than the U.S.A.

What do you think of this move?!?

No, they weren't the same... Pres Obama was a Lamb Duck Dem Pres who could not serve a 3rd Term with a GOP Majority Senate, and that caused his inability to get His Supreme Court Nomination thru... Pres Trump is a GOP Pres who is not a Lame Duck GOP who can serve a 2nd Term with a GOP Majority Senate, and this cause him to be able to get His Supreme Court Nomination thru...

That's the t***h of the Matter...

Adult is defined as: "a person who is fully grown or developed". And I will add "a person who is fully grown or developed in body and reasoning".

18 years of age is the Legal Standard for anyone to be considered an adult in the 50 USA States and Washington, D.C.

I believe Judges, in any State or in D.C., should not be allowed to deem anyone under the age of 18 as an adult. It has the Judicial System randomly redefine Law.

But also, having State & D.C. Legislatures pass Laws allowing Citizens younger than 18 to v**e are Illegal & Unconstitutional because they randomly redefine, in their own States or D.C., otherwise Legal minors as adults.

Age matters. Either 18 is the Legal Age for Adulthood throughout the 50 States & D.C. or it isn't. These arbitrary applications of Legal Adulthood cannot be tolerated.

GOP Registered Nearly 7 Times More New V**ers In Battle Ground State Than Dems
Last updated Sep 12, 2020
Donald T***p w*n Pennsylvania in 2016 by a scant 44,000 v**es out of 6 million cast. Democrats see Trump’s victory as a fluke, an anomaly. Trump was the first Republican to capture the state since 1996 and Democrats believed the state was trending in their direction.

So 2016 was a rude awakening for Democrats. You would think they’d redouble their efforts to recapture the state in 2020. Indeed, the national party has been pouring staffers and money into the state, vowing not to repeat Hillary Clinton’s mistake of taking Pennsylvania for granted the last two weeks of the campaign.

But Republicans have not been standing still and resting on their laurels. And since 2016, despite the best efforts of Democrats, Republicans have registered seven times more v**ers than the opposition.

Politico:

The GOP has added almost 198,000 registered v**ers to the books compared to this time four years ago, whereas Democrats have gained an extra 29,000. Though Democrats still outnumber Republicans by about 750,000 v**ers in the state, the GOP has seized on their uptick in party members as a sign that Trump is on track to win this critical Rust Belt swing state a second time.

“It’s one of the reasons why I am very bullish on Donald Trump’s prospects in Pennsylvania. I think he will win again, and I think he will win by more v**es than he did in 2016,” said Charlie Gerow, a Harrisburg-based Republican strategist who has worked on p**********l campaigns in the state. “Trump is doing what Ronald Reagan did 40 years ago, which is moving a lot of traditional Democrats into the Republican column.”

Overall, registered Democrats now make up 47 percent of v**ers, down from 49 percent in 2016. GOP registrants have increased from 38 to 39 percent. That’s a lot of movement in a state T***p w*n by less than 1 percent in 2016.

The impetus for this surge in GOP registrations is unquestionably Donald Trump.

“It’s Trump, Trump, Trump,” said Gloria Lee Snover, chair of the Northampton County Republican Party. When she has signed up v**ers, she added, “They’re like, ‘Oh, I want to be in the Trump party.’ It’s kind of funny. … I’m like, ‘You mean the Republican Party?’ They’re like, ‘Oh, yeah.’”

Democrats are unconcerned. It appears they’re overconfident — again.

They view the numbers as a lagging indicator that distracts from other strengths the party has with new v**ers and independents in the state. The biggest shift in Pennsylvania in recent years, they said, has been Democrats making e*******l gains since 2016, particularly in the suburbs.

“It probably means less than meets the eye,” said J.J. Balaban, a Democratic consultant in Pennsylvania. “There’s reason to believe the shift is mostly ‘Democrats’ who haven’t been v****g for Democrats for a long time, choosing to re-register as Republican.”

“Democrats who haven’t been v****g for Democrats” now registered Republicans? I’d say that’s whistling past the graveyard. There’s a reason they’re not Democrats anymore and ignoring that reason will lead to a Trump victory in the state in November.
