Not being able to borrow doesn't mean the USA Federal Government would be forced to default. We'd still have, taking FY 2013 as an example, about $2.7Trillion Revenues & Our Debt obligation would be under $300Billion... And according to Article One Section Eight of the USA Constitution stipulates the House has the duty to pay the Debt, and it's passed Bills and Resolutions for the past several months doing just that... But the DEMOCRATS in the Senate won't even V**e on them & Our President has said HE'D VETO any Bill or Resolution NOT FUNDING ACA... So, THE BLAME NEEDS TO BE PLACED ON THE DEMOCRATS, not the GOP!!!
