The government should stay out of the private sector. Exceptions are already in place for safety issues. If a business doesn't pay enough, it will lose or not have employees, and will ultimately close or pay sufficient wages to remain in business. Any carbon emissions saved by any plan are totally negated on a daily basis by what is entered into the atmosphere by a single small volcano. The only thing new rules will accomplish is to RAISE the cost to ALL consumers, including the government.

It matters because if he is not qualified to be President, impeachment should be automatic and there is a good chance that every law he signed may be void and negated. That might include appointments.
