Next week, the Obama administration is planning to unveil a climate action plan that it intends to implement without legislative approval. It’s a creative approach to governing, not unlike other executive actions President Obama has taken to bypass Congress.

When lawmakers refused to pass cap-and-trade legislation, Obama announced there was more than one way to skin the cat. Through climate plans, executive orders and regulatory action, he directed his agencies to find ways to curb the country’s carbon dioxide output and commit to reducing greenhouse-gas emissions.

Leading the charge, unsurprisingly, is the Environmental Protection Agency, which will release its carbon-dioxide regulations for existing power plants on Monday. The plan will drive up energy prices for American families and businesses without making a dent in global temperatures.

Our infographic explains what it means for jobs, incomes and the states hurt most.

So what we should just let our planet Earth burn into a new Venus? He is only bypassing congress because the Republicans are taking it as a political attempt at improving his administrations standing and blocking it as they always do.

That is all I feel like gambling,,,, there is no call for punctuation when betting on a non-event.

Obviously you didn't bother looking at the graphic. The people who made this chart are a LOT smarter than you and more politically savvy than you. Just so that you don't worry yourself to death, if earth is destined to burn into Venus, that's exactly what will happen, regardless. If earth is NOT destined to burn into Venus, it won't. Contrary to the political left's belief, man cannot change nature. Nature in any teeny aspect is smarter and stronger than anything man can butt into. Earth has cooled and heated ever since it was formed. It is called "cycles". At present there seems to be nothing to indicate we are in one of those heat cycles, but if we are, then we are. Man is a vain creature, but he cannot destroy nature because he hasn't the power to do so.

What is it that gets into your mind, like others who think as you do, that makes you so terrified your world will burn up? And what exactly do you DO yourself to make it a better place. How do YOU help nature, or do you believe you are strong enough to destroy it? And I must ask, where in God's name did you go to school? If I were you, I would sue it.

I really hope you don't indoctrinate your children the same way you have been. There is no hope for you. If you think that the Earth is on a "natural cycle" and it has nothing to do with man made carbon dioxide mixed me the decimation of forests I really hope that you stay out of politics because you are a fool. Who's more likely to be wrong every scientist on this planet or the guy taking paychecks from the people at the power plants. If you don't think that were heating and that there's nothing indicating that we are I assume you just dismissed the Antarctic ice sheet falling in irreversible retreat. Man is the most powerful force of nature on this planet we have the capability to wipe out entire species of animals. So if you think that nothings wrong and this is all natural cycles then you are what is wrong with this country.

One of my hopes is that eventually you get an education and learn how to compose simple sentences. It wouldn't hurt you to study a little history and science as well. I have never said that nothing is wrong. I am merely saying you lefties are hung up on blame, and if you can blame someone or some thing, then you feel you have done your part. WRONG. When all you do is complain, you have done nothing but harm, NOTHING good.

I have spent a lifetime conserving precious resources. How long have you been at it? I was brought up to conserve because tomorrow that precious resource may be gone. You do nothing about it but you want others to do something about it. Start at home and go from there, but NEVER accuse most older people of polluting because they are the LEAST likely to pollute of all the people on earth.

IF you are going to believe scientists who have been proven liars, that is your right. But don't call other people stupid for not believing liars.

I am studying for a degree in Astrophysics I would say I'm just a tad more educated then you on the subject. Scientists are not proven liars just because a conservative website says they are. What you are doing is the equivalent putting your fingers in your ears and chanting "LA LA LA I'M NOT LISTENING" like a four-year old girl. You don't get to dismiss facts that's not how life works. You can't close your eyes and pretend its not happening. I am not a Liberal, I am a scientist whose political views fall in line with those who do not openly denounce the study of the physical world. I do my part to save our planet and I never blamed older people. I blame the people who do not listen to the t***h, and then encourage others to do so. This is not a political matter g****l w*****g is a global epidemic, so don't throw me in with people who are in politics because I have no ties. I am unbiased.

If CO2 buildup has the potential for catastrophic warming, even "Venus hot" then history does not bear that out. CO2 levels have been much higher in the distant past and no catestrophic warming occurred, it was predominantly ice ages as "c*****e c****es."

The evidence for this statement is this statement. If Venus hot catastrophic warming had occurred at the much higher CO2 level, we would not be discussing this now.

Co² has not been higher than it is now. So your argument is false. Provide me with a credible source for this an I will change my views but until that you are wrong.

Then you are part of the problem. And you didn't go to the site and view the chart. This unconstitutional edict by Obama will cost EVERYONE and will not cut one whit of carbon. Therefore, your thinking about leadership that skirts the Constitution which is supposedly our basis for law and justice as being LEADERSHIP is beyond bad. It is sick.
Republicans dumb asses?!?! If pubbies are the dumb ones, why is it that the democrats never can name ANY politician who isn't constantly eating the TV camera, can never name their biggest donors, can never name the rights within the Bill of Rights, never know the difference in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution? Go up to any republican v**er, ask some simple questions and see how many DO know the answers. Then you may or may not want to still sound like an i***t.
