Is waiting for the bus loitering? Was he waiting for the buss or cutting thru the property? It does not tell the whole story so how can anyone jump to a conclusion? They really must have a problem at that location to have 3 cops there. That makes everyone there a suspect for profiling.
If it was me I would stay away from the place. just like when I used to smoke and they did not allow smoking in the buildings where they had truck pulls and Big Foot shows
or any other events I did not go because people could not smoke. Now that I have quit smoking I still don't go.
This was profiling, the cop asked if he was smoking then said she saw him smoking. She lied. cops can lie and the courts believe the cops before what people saw unless you have a video that proves the cop lied. I don't know what he was doing there as it appeared the parking lot was for people to park their cars and catch the bus. If that is the case was he cutting across the property or was he going to catch the bus? I think he was cutting across the property. If the bus company does not want people cutting across their property then need to put signs up or fence it in to keep people from crossing the property.
I used to be a cop and this is precisely the reason I quit because these officers believe because the have a gun an a badge the can harass and fine people but they seem to let their acquaintances go if they are doing the same thing they profile others for.
There are good and bad in every occupation. There are good teachers and there are bad teachers, there are good carpenters and there are bad carpenters, there are good designers and there are bad designers, ect and it is a shame we have most of the bad as officers that are supposed to serve and protect, that want to harass and fine. There is a lot of psychology that enters into the minds of these people who become cops and stay there.
Obama is only the CEO of "The United States". He is personating The President. The stupid congress wants to keep their jobs so bad that they are not doing what they should do and that is Impeach Obama.

All that needs to be done is check everyone to see if they are a citizen to v**e. Because the Board of E******ns do not do their job. They assume because they have a drivers license they are a citizen and allow them to v**e.
Check their birth certificate, if it says they were born in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Jacksonville , Florida, that is not the United States. So they are not eligible to v**e because they were not born in the United States. The United States is :Washington D.C. and a 10 miles square.

If you learn the laws it will surprise you how the Government has lied to the people for over 226 years. It all starts with the first law book "United States Code". I use the 2012 edition, Title 1 thru Title 5. It has the 'Organic Laws" in it. If you read them you will see how the law works. Apparently none of the lawyers get this law book or they would learn that they are illegal by the way they practice law. The only legal place for courts is on Federal Property and attorneys must practice law there as well.
The Constitution was written to control and guide the Congress and the people in Washington D.C., and the property it owns.
This brings up the subject of "are you a citizen". Were you born in the United States? Not unless you were born in Washington D.C.. Are you a "Naturalized Citizen"? Did you take an oath to the United States? Or are you a "Free Inhabitant"? This really changes the picture of how and what you think doesn't it?
