California: Convicted Cop Repeatedly Raped & Molested Children, Never Went To Jail - Now He's Struck Again!

Jacob Mark Duenas got probation after pleading no contest to molesting a total of three children, but never got justice.

Now, in this latest conviction of raping a child, perhaps he will get jail, but I doubt he'll get justice.

By: TIM BROWN — AUGUST 23, 2018

A former Monterey County-based California Highway Patrol officer has just been convicted of raping another child. I say another because he has a history of molesting and raping children, but has not been put in jail for his crimes.
The article is poorly written. And confusing. He was convicted of molesting two girls, ages 13 & 14. I think that was 2008. And he was fired at that time.
Just recently he was convicted of a rape of a 8 year old boy. At the time of this crime he was 18 and studing to become a cop. This crime never came to light until recent. So as bad as the crimes are he pled guilty to the 2008 crime and that was the end of his law enforcement career.
In 2013 Duenas's father was convicted of k*****g his wife. Jeez the family that goes to prison together stays together,
How and hell did he get past the physiological back ground?
Jacob Mark Duenas has had several arrests of sexual abuse of children.

Earlier this month, he was convicted of brutally and repeatedly raping an 8-year-old boy while he was training to be a law enforcement officer.

Prior to that conviction, Duenas pleaded no contest to multiple charges of molesting two girls, ages 13 and 14, while he worked as a California Highway Patrol officer.

He was required to be registered as a sex offender, but served no jail time.

Just a few years later, he pleaded no contest to molesting a 10-year-old boy.

KSBW reports:

A court-appointed psychologist, Dr. Daisy Switzer, testified that Duenas was a sexually violent p*******e.

He was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail and five years probation.

At the time of the sentencing, Butte County Deputy District Attorney Matt Taylor told KRCR, "My feelings on the sentencing are summed up in one word: surprised.

What makes this case unusual is that you have a psychologist, independently commissioned by the court, who made a finding that Mr. Duenas was a p*******e and a sexual predator. And regardless of that, the judge sentenced Mr. Duenas to probation."

Taylor said there are a total of five victims.

So, let's get this straight, he got probation after pleading no contest to molesting a total of three children, but never got justice, not that I believe jail is justice. I'm left to wonder about a fourth victim before this last 8-year-old boy as I couldn't find any information about it.

Now, however, he is probably going to face jail time, and no doubt, once it's known what he's done, he will probably be murdered there, which if the state was just, it would put him to death to bring about justice and protect any other children from ever being this man's victims.

Interestingly enough, Duenas also testified at his father's trial for the murder of his mother. Mark Gilbert Duenas, 57, was convicted in 2013 of k*****g his wife of nearly 33 years.

Matt Agorist adds:

It is important to point out that serial p*******es like Duenas may have far more victims than the ones who come forward. Often times p*******es force their child victims into silence by threatening them with harm if they tell someone. Indeed, Duenas even bragged about this to his aunt.

During the latest trial, Duenas’ aunt testified that Duenas admitted to her that he was “good at” secretly sexually abusing children without others finding out, and that he said, “I have been fighting demons for years.”

According to KSBW, the Gig Harbor victim testified that he was humiliated and scared. His personality changed as he became more angry and isolated himself. He did not tell anyone about what happened to him until years later.

While Duenas is certainly responsible for the horrific abuse of these children, the system which failed to lock him up for the repeated violations is also partially responsible.

We live in a world in which people caught with marijuana, a beneficial plant that literally saves lives, can be sent to jail for decades — while serial child rapists walk free. A travesty indeed.

Duenas is set to be sentenced on September 28. One wonders if California will get it right this time. I'm sure they won't bring justice and simply remove him from the earth though.

1. F*****m thrives in militaristic societies. World War I caused a tremendous militarization of a number of countries. Nations like Italy and Germany saw the need to be able to quickly mobilize millions of people to fight wars and provide economic support.

2. F*****ts reject liberal democracy, which is basically a representative kind of government where e******ns are free and competitive, powers between different government branches are separated, and people have more or less equal rights, freedoms and protections under the law.

3. F*****ts, on the other hand, prefer totalitarian one-party rule, led by a strong leader (your favorite dictator). This allows the f*****t country to have unparalleled national unity of purpose, a very ordered society, generally ready for armed conflict. Such a society is also poised to respond quickly to economic measures, especially in time of difficulties. A f*****t country will likely isolate itself, blaming the international economic order for its troubles.

4. F*****t states all perpetuate a rebirth myth (Make American Great Again) or with Germany it was Dutschland über alles--which t***slates to Germany over all.

5. F*****ts believe in rampant Nationalism and an uncontrolled desire to be number one.

6. F*****t dismiss minorities as inferior an not worthy of having the same rights as themselves.

I could go on but I think you get the point. When you look at the behavior of today's conservatives they clearly have f*****t traits.

Former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) talked with AFP’s Dave Gahary about Israel’s influence on Washington, D.C. and the pledge AIPAC expects legislators to take—something she knows all about from her 12 years in office.

By Dave Gahary

In the shadow of the more than 500,000 Americans who are homeless on any one night, Congress is poised to give the Z*****t state of Israel $38 billion over the next decade—more than half of all direct military aid the U.S. provides worldwide—forcing many Americans to ask who really controls the levers of power in this once-great nation.

One of those Americans, former Rep. Cynthia Ann McKinney (D-Ga.)—currently an educator, as well as an anti-war and human rights activist—knows more than most who’s in charge, and for those who still think it’s their president, senators, or representative, it’s time to smell the coffee.

Kingdom Identity

Ms. McKinney—who earned her Ph.D.—sat down with this reporter for an hour-long candid discussion of the power of Israel in the United States. She is one of several U.S. politicians targeted by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) for not being sufficiently servile to the Mideast state, and who lived to tell about it, specifically about the pledge of allegiance to Israel all U.S. politicians are forced to sign if they want any real chance at ree******n.

AIPAC targeted Ms. McKinney for termination for her refusal to sign “the pledge,” but many other politicians weren’t as lucky, like former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

“He’s in prison not because he had a conversation,” explained Ms. McKinney. “It’s because of his appointment to the Senate. The Israel-first people had their candidate he was supposed to appoint to the Senate, and he didn’t do that . . . and they sought their revenge. That is the underlying reason for his prosecution.”

She continued: “You can cite as an example to Rep. Jim Traficant. They’ve got a whole trail of people who have been in prison. You can go to Bob Ney from Ohio. You can go to Curt Weldon; he didn’t go to prison, but he got kicked out, with an FBI raid, just because he talked about 9/11. So, you’ve got a trail of detritus, the carcasses of politically dead politicians—with my carcass there as well—for the vultures to feed on.”

Dave Gahary talks with former U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) about Israeli influence in D.C. and “the pledge.”
Ms. McKinney first detailed “the pledge”—a result of President George H.W. Bush’s defiance of AIPAC—on a PressTV episode, which she elaborated upon to this reporter. “The pledge was a piece of paper that was faxed to my home,” she said, unabashedly sent from AIPAC. Its demands were clearly listed. “I only remember the first three,” she said.

“There were five or seven. I can’t remember.” Jerusalem is the capital, the military superiority of Israel, and economic assistance were the three that stood out, she said. “The third one that I remember was about keeping the levels of aid consistent with Israel’s request,” she explained, “so that I would not v**e for aid levels to go down.”

“In other words, do everything that Israel wants?” asked this reporter.

“Yes,” she answered. American-Jewish politicians did AIPAC’s dirty work, with Congress resembling more the German Democratic Republic’s Volkskammer (unicameral legislature) than the bastion of representative democracy.

“You knew when there were these certain point people,” she explained, “and when those point people [Ben Cardin, Eliot Engle, Jerry Nadler, Jerry Ackerman] authored legislation, you knew that was AIPAC’s making, and they were also in the room taking notes on who said what during the deliberations of the bill.”

Ms. McKinney recalled a time when AIPAC’s authorship of a bill was exposed. “There was a letter or bill or something that AIPAC had sent over to one of the congressional offices,” she explained, “and the congressional office was not savvy enough to erase the original title, which was AIPAC’s. Then that became like a little mini-firestorm, but there is no such thing as a real firestorm with AIPAC, because they are able to suppress everything.”

Ms. McKinney lasted through six terms without ever signing the pledge. “I was offended by it,” she said. “My entire 12 years in Congress was bumping up against these people who controlled everything. They literally controlled the budget process; what got in the budget, what got a line item.” Ms. McKinney explained how AIPAC uses “the pledge” to control Congress. “I would get a call and the person on the other end of the phone would say, ‘I want to do a fundraiser for you,’” she explained. “And then we would get into the planning. I would get really excited because you have to have money in order to run a campaign. And then two weeks, three weeks into the planning they would say, ‘Did you sign the pledge?’ And then I would say, ‘No, I didn’t sign the pledge,’ and then my fundraiser would go kaput.”

She added: “The Z*****t, Israel-first money is what underpins the Republican and the Democratic parties.”

She then described how it’s done. “The way it works is that the pro-Israel money is in your environmental PAC [political action committee], is in your labor union PACs, is in your corporate PACs,” she explained. “It’s across the board.”

Ms. McKinney, who never took a “free” trip to Israel, remains unapologetic. “The U.S. national interest is not equivalent to the Israeli national interest,” she stated.

“Is the U.S. a Z*****t occupied government?” asked this reporter.

“Yeah, yeah, for sure,” she chuckled.

Dave Gahary, a former submariner in the U.S. Navy, prevailed in a suit brought by the New York Stock Exchange in an attempt to silence him. As much as draft-dodger Trump wants to be associated with the military, recent developments show that the military isn't returning the enthusiasm. Then Ret. Admiral William McRaven sends a letter to Trump slamming him for revoking the security clearance of his opponents and requesting that Trump revoke his clearance too so he can have the honor of joining the others in their outspoken resistance to the reckless, half-wit. And now Ret. Lt. General Mark Hertling is standing by the Admiral and saying the same thing.

I know there are a number of veterans on this site that support Trump, but I bet none of them are generals or admirals. Unlike the business world that Trump comes, from where sufficient wealth from daddy can guarantee a certain level of success, the military is entirely merit-based. You can't "buy" your way up the ranks. Military personalities range from barely-literate to the highly-intelligent and in a merit-based system the barely-literate don't rise to levels of command like McRaven and Hertling did.

Of course, dissonance isn't tolerated in the rank and file either, which may explain why commanders remain muted until AFTER retiring; speaking of which... Stars and Stripes ran a story in September 2016 covering the fact that no less than 15 retired generals and admirals united to hold a press conference in which they endorsed Clinton as the smart choice for Commander-In-Chief and warned that Trump would be dangerous to military and country.

After winning the e******n anyway, Trump issued a ban on t***s-g****red people serving in the military and he found himself confronted by no less than 56 retired generals and admirals that clearly drew a distinction between Trump's bigotry and the more objective rationale of top-brass command.

And there's more but you all get the point... Never before in our post-Civil War history has a U.S. President been so resoundingly opposed by top level commanders in the U.S. military. In all, it may be better for Trump if he were kicked out of the White House through politics because at least then, he can play up that victim role of the "unfairly treated president" that he likes so much. Otherwise, he is likely to push things too far and wind up getting b#tch-slapped by his own military command. That wouldn't be so good for him.

I was h*****g out at my local country gunstore, an upcoming teaparty meeting was being discussed, and every sentence had a reference to "TFN Obama". White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Thursday refused to say the press isn’t “the enemy of the people,” a phrase President Donald Trump has repeatedly used to attack the media.
CNN’s Jim Acosta told Sanders during a press briefing that it would be a “good thing if you were to state” that the press is not “the enemy of the people.” But Sanders didn’t acknowledge his request.
“It’s ironic, Jim, that not only you and the media attack the president for his rhetoric when they frequently lower the level of conversation in this country,” Sanders said. “The media has attacked me personally on a number of occasions.”
She continued: “The media continues to ratchet up the verbal assault against the president and everyone in this administration. Certainly, we have a role to play, but the media has a role to play for the discourse in this country as well.”
