It makes no difference if you like foreign oil or not, that is what sets the US price for oil. You pay the price in any event...I would guess you do not have any issue with pollution in the Gulf, which has possibly reached the tipping point now. We have continuing leaks for worn out capped wells and "stopped pumping" wells.. But what the heck, lets keep dumping more into the gulf, can not hurt anymore. Right...

you get just a smidgen of information and then blow it complety out of proportion just trying to scare pople.just like all the lies from the warming people.

So, now you have Putin envy - and still have Bush hatred based on false accusations - Bush was the big bad oil boogie man every time gasoline prices increased - despite being out of office now for 5 years he still seems to be the guy responsible for higher prices than we ever saw when he was in office - poor Obama, powerless, damned Bush evil, and the great leader Putin. Some real deep thinking going on here.

A monopoly can exist when a few companies operate as a single provider/holder would do. A single co controlling the product is clear and evident. As far as the consumer is concerned, the same failed market system is in operation when several companys act with a single purpose. The effect to the consumer is inflated prices and limited choice.

With pharmaceuticals, the practice of allowing a single drug co to have exclusive rights to a new drug or medication allows them to drive up price to the level they wish and no alternative meds or generic versions can be found.. A practice far removed from any kind of free market system..

I don't think ADHD will go away. The disease does exist but too many doctors prescribe for it when the real problem is discipline (or lack thereof). One of my sons DOES have ADHD and when he was young, he simply could not concentrate for more than a few seconds at a time. We used many devices (such as kitchen timers set every minute to bring him back to task), and were able to avoid the drugs.
The biggest problem with drugs and big pharma is that the consumer doesn't bother to find out what they are being prescribed and most want instant relief and don't care what they do to get it.

New world order?

We need to open our eyes & see that this is what is behind much of what is going on in America & the world today.

We as Middle Class Americans need to focus on this issue.

We need to be United on this Issue.

We need to see that the true middle class values are upheld & made a major part of this issue moving forward.

anykind of world govt is not intended to help the middle class,it is to CONTROL THEM

You are a little confused here. Liberals are the ones who want to feed the hungry, give a bed to the homeless and healthcare to everyone. Conservatives are the heartlessly self absorbed bunch that resents spending their hard earned money on anyone but themselves.

This liberal thinks we need to stay home and keep our noses out of other country's business.

On the other hand. How would you defend Michelle Bauchman, Ted Cruz, Louie Ghomert and Paul Broun? There are others I think should disappear, but these are the worst. I know that every right winger supposedly just loves Ted Cruz, but he is just in this for himself and the repubs that he works with would like to see him gone.

4 Years After Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, EPA Lifts BP’s Gulf Drilling Ban

Nearly four years after the BP Deepwater Horizon oil and gas disaster in the Gulf of Mexico—an event that blew away the record books for the nation’s worst accidental oil spill—BP is fully back in business, and drilling is booming in the Gulf of Mexico.

Outrageous! The EPA all too CLEARLY works for the corporations and BIG OIL. Despite all the continued havoc rippling through the ecosystems in the Gulf from the DeepWater calamity, and likely to continue for generations, the Environmental PROTECTION Agency green-lights more drilling? Why? Have there been some developments - such as how to cope with disasters like DeepWater without dumping millions of gallons of even more toxic dispersants? No. Look for more ruination, deformed fish, drowned birds, dead manatees and blind shrimp to come.... I'm utterly disgusted.
