The first Amendment does NOT have any caveats that pertain to private entities!!.. There is NOTHING that states that Big tech or anyone else has the RIGHT to censor us because of their "terms of service" they can NOT say we aren't allowed to say the t***h and facts regardless of whether they disagree!! WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND OF THOSE THAT WORK FOR US TO STEP UP, AND DEFEND OUR 1RST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!!! H**E SPEECH IS RELATIVE!!

That's the way that it should but not the way it is, exposure is another big issue, prominence should be given depending on audience expectations, even if there was no censorship the proprietor of the app would still be able to hide what is not desirable according to their political perspective, so if the left had their Facebook and the right had their Facebook things would be fair, but impractical, also what if the US became a more multidimensional society, there would have to be multi Facebook's with many derivatives for folks who are a bit of this and a bit of that.
If the Government controlled the proprietors and systematically rewarded them with lengthy but reasonable term of imprisonment the system would function much better as the architects of the first amendment envisaged.

In history most every pardon is controversial, depending on which side people reside politically.

I don't disagree, if you're controversial you can expect problums, and pardons, I'm controversial, must be the ATO (Australian Tax Office ) sent me a recorded phone call yesterday giving me 2 options cough up $6 K of cop a warrant that could result after prosecution in 5 years in the slammer with $160 K fines all BS and they know it.

The difference between me and Trump is that I know the score and Trump doesn't, he needs to learn in a hurry if he wants to stick around, stop with the isolation by pardoning i***ts or the same people will pounce on him that are interested in me, in a word Jews, are gosh!!! I've put my foot in it again.

Makes me feel proud me and Trump have got this in common even if he doesn't know it

Trump's furthering the executive clemency with Michael Flynn's pardon is controversial and will not rest easily, pure politics is not what executive clemency is supposed to be about, although there were 4 other official pardons this year and 25 pardons in the Trump Presidency, which sidestepped the Justice Department in many ways, Flynn's pardon is different and says something about Trump's intentions.

Flynn's pardon means Trump has acknowledged leaving Office and is not considering a 2024 e******n bid, so unless he does a major back flip he could be abandoning the movement, in other words as your article indicates Trump is "walking the plank in shark infested waters".

Might as well count it as water under the bridge and look for opportunities elsewhere, where that is I'm not sure about, maybe Theology, after all my Confidants in Heaven tell me what is and what isn't.

Interesting revelation on why Trump okayed the GSA to go ahead with the t***sition phase of this e******n!!

The GSA approval letter forces Biden to disclose conflicts of interest with himself and his team to "foreign nationals, and other foreign agents..."

So basically, Trump has just cornered Biden! Section 6 of the above referenced Executive Order imposes reporting requirements on Joe Biden as a CONDITION of receiving services and t***sitional funds from GSA!
Interesting revelation on why Trump okayed the GSA... (show quote)

I think it's more to do with January 5 th. it wouldn't be sensible to cause a ruckus through December and see the end of the GOP as the party reformed by Trump to take on the corrupted elements of Western Society.

Might not be possible but Trump is having a go, no way he can turn this one around, actually the Plutocrats and their Allies saw Trump as a extension of Obama's Pivot to the Pacific, better to let Trump have a whack at it in case it's not possible.

Now they know it's not, alas something has therefore got to change.

So might just as well be the Democrats, Biden is not piv****g he's bowing to China.

100% agreed, even worse again Zuckerberg has already taken his place, but at least with Zuckerberg he at least has a reason to be in China, same as Australia I guess, we all spend it regardless of where it comes from.

I think Kissinger is one such stupid person that has just won his, what must be, close to being his final argument before Judgment.

This month Kissinger the architect of bombing Cambodia celebrated his final winning argument stating , "the new Administration (Bidens) should quickly move to secure lines of communication with China".

After half a Century Kissinger is still just as stupid.

If Trump want to keep on keeping on playing the game he has to go by the rules, the rules of the back room boys.

Interesting parallel French President Sarkozy in about 10 days time could be behind bars for 10 years, only a young man too 65.

Joh Bjelke-Peterson was another star performer but when his usefulness to the back room boys ran out the bracelets came out, poor old Joe had to die to escape.

Trump has offended a lot of powerful people, for Trump contention ends where prison begins, we got him just where we want him, we are the back room boys.

But will the Dems get the casting v**e in the Senate ?, their spending a lot, so is GOP, TV and radio adds purchased, Americans Crossroads $40•3 m, - McConnell $32•2 m, - Ossoff $43m, Loeffler$41m - Warnock $40m - Perdue$28•8 m.

This is the deep end of the pool only good swimmers from here on out.

Young people are highly enthusiastic, students loan jubilee could be a black mark for Trump 2 years from now, he should make a statement and support jubilee, not too late his hands were tied previously.

In a break with President Trump, some Georgia Republicans are now shifting their messaging with regard to mail-in b****ts. Meanwhile, Democrats in the state are investing in field organizing after running mostly digital campaigns during the general e******n. CBS News political analyst and Republican strategist Leslie Sanchez and CBSN political contributor and Democratic strategist Antjuan Seawright join CBSN's Lana Zak to discuss how the parties are reevaluating campaign strategy ahead of the January runoff e******ns.

If the Senate goes blue it's hard to imagine any future challenge to the Unipolar World dominated by financial interests. I just want to make one point that most people aren't aware of, China is impervious to crazy goings on, they just brush it aside, they learned by their mistakes with the opium trade and 100 years of humiliations, wh**ever drives the West into debauchery will have no affect on the Chinese.

To a lesser extent this is also true of Russia and most emerging economies on the Eurasian Continent, and bescides China is the example they will follow, that's why the New World Order is ditching US leadership and migrating to China, Pompeo can crawl on his belly to the New World Order architects giving them Palestine and Syria as if he is able to give anything compared to China that is.

We will have Trotskyist Q***rsville and China will have everything else.

Gods transcend, God's don't die more is it that one set of ideas leads to another, I'm not sure about Greek mythology being a follow on from Hindu similar to Buddhism only at a much earlier time, more or less God's were never a literal experience of faith, that idea crept in and out depending on political agitation, Gilgamesh began what has ended up as Islam, the Old Testament was never taken as factual until Christianity, it was literature before that, the ultimate explanation of everything is written in the narrative of Creation whereby the Creator users the narrative which we create to endorse His sentiment by sending down Prophets to ensure God becomes what He wants to be.

What a disgrace to this country that Trump cannot accept defeat he was defeated at the b****t box he has been defeated in court but yet he continues to create all these conspiracy theories without any evidence. So he is trying to destroy this country and with a v**e count of 70 million the republicans in congress continue to support him

At this juncture there would normally be a war of unification, Trump offered Iran only last week the Biden suppot base NSA said no, why doesn't matter, so this really is a crossroads affair which indicates a dead end at all but one.

If only we could displace emotions with their reasons then that one could be a big winner, lies won't cut it when war isn't the answer, there is a fundamental explanation for that, - outcome must always be bad transcending good, if good ever won out all hell would break loose fundamentally because bad would then be on the ascendancy, Confucius was the first Sociologist to give this way of looking at things it's proper place in politics, he said (maybe not exactly) grass roots revolutions always end up the same, the grass gets eaten and the roots are safe and sound, most folks know that is true and keep their heads down.
