I HAVE noticed and I waited to see if anyone else noticed. Where's Kevyn, Airforce1, PeterS, and the rest?
This is an unedited video featuring ONLY the words of those who spoke them, thus making it unbiased and t***hful, and all I asked is that BOTH sides watch it and comment. You're the first to point it out.

The ANT AND THE
GRASSHOPPER

This one is a little different ...

Two Different Versions ...
Two Different Morals

OLD VERSION

The ant works
hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.

MODERN VERSION:

The ant works hard
in the withering heat and the rain all summer long, building his house
and laying up supplies for the winter.

The grasshopper thinks the ant
is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper
calls a press conference and demands to know why the antshould be
allowed to be warm and well fed while he is cold and starving..

CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN,
and ABC show up to
provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper
next to a video of the ant
in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.
America is stunned by the sharp contrast.

How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poorgrasshopper
is allowed to suffer so?

Kermit the Frog appears
on Oprah
with the grasshopper
and everybody cries when they sing, 'It's Not Easy Being Green'

Occupy the Anthill stages
a demonstration in front of the ant's house where the news stations film the
Black L***s M****r group singing, We shall overcome.

Then Reverend Al Sharpton
has the group kneel down to pray for the grasshopper
while he damns the ants. He later appears on MSNBC to complain that rich people do not care.

Former President Obama condemns the ant
and blames
Donald Trump, President Bush 43, President Bush 41, President Reagan, Christopher Columbus, and the
Pope
for the grasshopper's
plight.

Nancy Pelosi & Chuck Schumer
exclaim in an interview on The View
that the ant has
gotten rich off the back of the
grasshopper,
and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share.

Finally, the EEOC drafts
the Economic Equity &
Anti-Grasshopper Act
retroactive to the beginning of
the summer.

The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number
of green bugs and,
having; nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the
Government Green Czar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and given to the grasshopper.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper
and his free-loading friends finishing up the last bits of the ant'sfood while the government house he is in,
which, as you recall, just happens to be the ant's old house,
crumbles around them because the grasshopper doesn'tmaintain it.

The ant has disappeared in the snow, never to be seen again.

The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident, and the house, now abandoned, is taken
over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the ramshackle, once prosperous and peaceful, neighborhood.

The entire Nation collapses
bringing the rest
of the free world with it.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

Be careful how you v**e in 2020.

I've sent this to you because I believe that you are an ant
not a grasshopper!

Make sure that you pass
this on to other ants.

Don't bother sending
it on to any grasshoppers
because they wouldn't
understand it, anyway.

You are not correct, Kevyn. The pro side people of g****l w*****g are those who get paid for it. I've seen many renown men of science that say we have been in a warming period for a long time, that on average, the lifespan of mankind has been in a cool period that now is warming. These renown climatologists believe that if we have affected our weather, it is only a small influence. We think that our lifetime weather experience is the way things have always been, but this is not the case. Look up the Little Ice Age that helped give birth to the French Revolution.

Everyone should visit a Holocaust museum to view the evidence.

No need to...I've seen the photos and the films...the bodies piled high....the gold teeth and eyeglasses making a huge pile...Jews, men AND women, walking naked to the gas houses...the bodies so thin from starvation that they don't even look human...the Germans walking through the camps with handkerchiefs over their mouths and noses...them throwing the gant bodies into mass graves...inside the ovens...I've seen it.
With all the mountainous proof that exists, that ANYBODY could say that it didn't happen just shows me that the devil, Satan, that old d**gon is alive and well and working hard to make mankind crazy. This is the exact reason for morals...to deny the Holocaust is to deny proven t***h and is the threshold of utter chaos, because ANYTHING you don't like, just deny it ever happened. If t***h has no meaning and no place, then the world becomes like a nightmare sci-fi movie. Society as a whole would crumble.
BUT, we are safe as long as there are "some" moral folks left to bring light to the t***h. I hope and pray that I AM one.

I don't see why you have to twist the facts in order to insult someone's opinion. Does it make you feel superior some how? NOBODY said that with a national ID, people would be "forced to show papers on demand". Are you a f*****t, or what? BUT, if you want to board an airplane, or v**e -- show your ID.

Nobody said that you may not speak or read another language, other than English. But English IS our official language. If you want to stay here and become a citizen, you really should learn English.

And about term limits -- apparently you believe that after Trump's two terms, he should be allowed to continue with a third term. After all, he is doing a fantabulous job and should be allowed to continue. But we have a few senile fossils in Congress who are a waste of space. How do these people keep getting elected? We have a few on both sides of the isle who should go, starting with Maxine Waters.

I'm not a member of any of those organizations, and I don't go to city council meetings or school board meetings...I guess I'm not very civic minded. But still, once a year at least, we stand in church and say the pledge and I'm proud to do so.

Well, do you know what socialism is? I mean really: I’m interested in hearing what you fear or like about it. Public Schools are good, right? Public Works- road maintenance, parks, electric. And public service like police and fire, courts, tax assessors- all of it to support We The People. And the places that privatized public services screwed us. The Prison system is the perfect example.
But we *are* a socialist country. The root word, social, refers to Society. We are tribal people. We do not do well on our own- isolated. And the US hasn’t fought an honest war since 1945. I have so many younger friends who enlisted and served tour after tour in Afghanistan and Iraq. Some died there, others died after they returned. What does the Middle East War (2003 -present) have to do with our way of life? What were my friends fighting for?
I seriously welcome the opportunity to learn from you; to share our ideas.
Let’s start with “socialist.” For 17 of my 32 years working I taught public school. I served the public. I’ve been in the trenches of service to my country. Instead of a rifle I carried a baton, lesson plans, and an iPod. But service just the same.
Are services that benefit the whole society a bad thing or a good thing and how are we defining “social”?
Well, do you know what socialism is? I mean really... (show quote)

You make a good point, but here is the dividing line. Socialism is when those services you speak of gain enough power to rule over you, to say what you WILL do and what you WON'T do, what you WILL pay and how much you WILL pay, then you become a s***e to the state, NOT a free citizen in a country where people are paid to handle social services and otherwise, leave you alone. It's the difference between freedom and tyranny.

Good god, you people couldn't be more Nationalistic if you were marching down Mainstreet clicking your heals together and screaming zeig heil, zeig heil.

Reciting assinine pledges doesn't show a love of country but a commitment to conformity. The irony is that you cons run around claiming to believe in individuality and personal freedom. I take it that's true so long as everyone thinks alike and says and does the same thing as everyone else, correct!

PeterS,
I was thinking about WWII and how there were no political parties that went overseas to fight, they were all Americans. There were British, French, Americans, and so on, but no Whigs or Tories, no democrats or republicans, no labor or conservative parties. All those men from our country made the Pledge of Allegiance to our f**g. Our f**g is one of the most recognizable symbols in the world. It means something to say you are an American and take that pledge. It also means something when you don't. It's somewhere along the lines of spelling God with a little g, it's disrespectful.
It IS your right to not make that pledge, just as it's MY right to refuse the low morals and disloyalty of the liberal party. I don't believe that makes me a N**i any more than you are.

I wonder how many Americans, still take that pledge....

In the military, the oath was as follows:

"I, Do solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States
against all enemies foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States, and the orders of officers appointed over me....."

Has anything changed, do you still pledge alliencience, will you still take the oath? I wonder...

I do it at least once per year in church. It's about the only place anymore. I don't wear hats and my right hand always goes over my heart during our anthem. I love this country and half of the people....just kidding.

The apostle John wrote these verses, I ask that you reflect on them;

1st John 1:8 “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the t***h is not in us.”
1st John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
1st John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
If any man sins, he CAN be forgiven.

9,10, and 11 are self explainatory.
1st John 2:9 He that saith he is in the light, and h**eth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
1st John 2:10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.
1st John 2:11 But he that h**eth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

JediKnight,
Though you have not said so, I assume that you are a Christian. If so, you are my Christian brother. God does not want us to antagonize each other but to respect and love each other. I won't be differing with you any more. As Christians we have much more in common than not.
I'll instead be praying for your health and well being and asking for blessings upon you.

[quote=JediKnight]Your post is indicative of the current "lunacy" invading America. The "best" thing any human can hope to aspire to is 'a closer walk with Christ' and becoming more like Jesus everyday. Contrary to what many people seem to believe - Trump is not your savior -and he certainly is not God. Before you spend time and energy worrying about which democrat "may have" committed sexual assault why don't you consider that your guy Trump has been accused by more than 20 women of sexual assault....a great example of the pot calling the kettle black. Now that's sad.[/quotr

Jesus IS my personal friend and Savior. You were degrading Trump and didn't mention Jesus, who, by the way, said to respect and obey those in authority. I have not degraded the Democrats, but have only pointed out what they have done. My phone is going dead...I'll get back to you.
