At least half of your list is clearly unconstitutional, perhaps you should move to Russia if you want to live in an authoritarian nation. Here we have no “official language” you can speak read and write in any language you please. Everyone in this country is entitled to due process before being punished, deprived of property or removed. Term limits simply limit v**ers from electing people they support, if someone is doing a good job why force them from office? Both the right and left have been against national ID, we live in a free nation where government officials can not force us to show “our papers” on demand. The Genova convention is a treaty that governs how foreign nationals are allowed to drive in the U.S. it was signed decades ago and we are obligated to follow it. This is why you can rent a car and drive when visiting other nations. Finally local law enforcement should not be forced to or precluded from cooperating with ICE. It is a decision made at a local level, city’s that find it helpful should go ahead but police departments that need the trust and cooperation of community immigrants may find it detrimental to their mission.

I have said for a long time the best way to stop i******s is to take away the reason for coming here. No housing, no jobs, no schools, no benefits or privileges of any kind, and most of all no anchor babies.

I assume it's all volunteer work on your part. You are so dedicated to your causes. Again I assume there is a small percentage of people that look to you with admiration and/or wonderment. Know that I look at you with wonderment. With your intelligence I know you can tell if this is a complement or a slander and you will want to tell me which. Please don't waste your time and energy as I already know. After all I wrote it, or did I have someone else write it for me, or did someone steal my OPP name? Does it matter? And to whom? You must be in a position to show that you have sufficient resources to cover your stay in Ireland *****without recourse to public funds, services or Irish State benefits.***** You should also have private medical insurance to cover your stay in Ireland. You must report to your local Immigration Officer with details of your future intentions and sufficient evidence of the above.

INIS advises the following as an eligibility requirement:
Persons of Independent Means
For persons of independent means, the financial threshold is generally considered to be €50,000 ($56,265 US) per person per annum ($4688.75 per month (MY monthly income from SS and investments is slightly above $3,000 so I am SOL)), plus the person must have access to a lump sum of money to cover any unforeseen major expenses (I have L_O_T_S of savings). This should be equivalent to, for example, the price of a dwelling in the State. Financial documentation should be presented in tabular form and converted into Euros, clearly showing all income and expenditure on a monthly basis. This must be certified by an Irish accountancy firm who have the expert knowledge to interpret the format of the overseas banking / accountancy documentation. Each application is dealt with on a case by case basis.
