The Grand Jury debated the issues and delivered an indictment, but the public cannot decide the issue, it will be yet another jury and judge that will decide. I will bet that the judge will throw this case out on a motion to dismiss, since he will readily see the flaws in Bragg's case.

If the public goes about convicting someone from the MSM reporting on a case, they are doing a grave injustice. If they still hold that belief after the judge decides to toss it out, it is even more so. You, Woody, have already convicted Trump, haven't you? For shame! It is just more TDS!

A judge in Minnesota ruled that a state law prohibiting adults under 21 from carrying firearms in public was unconstitutional

A federal judge on Friday struck down a Minnesota law that prohibits adults age 18-20 from obtaining permits to carry handguns in public.

Assisted by gun-rights advocacy groups, three individuals who were under 21 challenged a 2003 state law that enacted an age requirement to apply for a permit to carry a pistol. They argued that the law unconstitutionally prohibited young adults from exercising their Second Amendment right to bear arms.

In a 50-page ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Kathleen Menendez agreed. Relying on the Supreme Court's 2022 decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n v. Bruen, the judge concluded that Minnesota's law was unconstitutional and blocked the state from enforcing it.

"Based on a careful review of the record, the court finds that defendants have failed to identify analogous regulations that show a historical tradition in America of depriving 18- to 20-year-olds the right to publicly carry a handgun for self-defense," Menendez wrote. "As a result, the age requirement prohibiting persons between the ages of 18 and 20 from obtaining such a permit to carry violates the Second Amendment."

While Chris Elston was speaking to a journalist, a t***s activist lunged at his throat, swung at his head, and pulled him to the ground

Popular conservative activist "Billboard Chris" appeared to be violently assaulted by aggressive t*********r activists at a pro-t***s rally in Vancouver, Canada yesterday.

Though police seemed to break up the assault after it began, the conservative activist stated that Vancouver PD "did nothing" to keep the militant t***s rally goer from assaulting him beyond making sure he wasn’t injured more in the attack.

He also spoke to one of the officers monitoring the rally that day, who argued that both sides were at fault, pushing back on the conservative’s claim that he was peacefully protesting at the t***s rally,

Billboard Chris, whose full name is Chris Elston, posted intense footage of several altercations that happened between him and rally goers on a common green in a local Vancouver neighborhood that day.

Initial video recorded by Elston captured him joining an ally videographer friend as he debated with one of the rally goers. While this was occurring, pro-t***s activists ominously surrounded them and started making physical contact. As Billboard Chris tried to push through to his ally, one activist impeded his path and forcefully told him, "Absolutely don’t touch me."

Another activist, who appeared to be a female with a t***s f**g, rushed up to Elston with a pink marker and started scribbling on him. "Oh, here we go," Chris observed, "I’m getting painted on already."

Suddenly the camera jerked wildly, indicating that Elston was being pushed or hit by someone out of frame. As it happened, he could be heard saying, "Been here five seconds, and I’m already getting assaulted."

As the first physical confrontation ended, Elston asked his friend, "Oh, am I bleeding already?" His friend responded, "Yeah, you got a scratch." Additional footage posted subsequently showed him with a cut a on the bridge of his nose – likely the injury he was speaking about in the video.

A second clip of Elston’s rally attendance that day showed a far worse attack from the pro-t***s people in a much clearer light. This time the activist was depicted being attacked from a third-person perspective.

Elston’s friend recorded him standing in front of the activists answering questions asked by independent journalist about his time at the rally. As he spoke a t***s woman approached both men and began berating him loudly, stating, "You suck. F--- you. F--- you, you’re not wanted. F--- you. You’re a f----- i***t. F--- you!"

As Elston attempted to speak into the mic about his experience that day, the "F--- you" chant became louder and other activists began surrounding him, joining in with the chorus of profanity.

If it’s based on “what we know” and there aren't any other charges then, it’s a politically motivated indictment…!!
That’s what republican congressman Carlos Giménez said this morning commenting about the indictment of Trump.

Mr. Giménez as well as the majority of republicans or conservatives and any or most commentators from Fox News or Newsmax or any other non-partisan or not a part of the “democratic” Party Network or “propaganda machine”, are saying or implying the same!!

Regardless if, or if it's a true statement or question…

Why are they “questioning” or “arguing” about any legality when we all know and everyone or any democrat with a small decency “still” left in his obfuscated brain should think that it’s all not only abuse of power but completely illegal as we already said it!

Armed robbers who use guns or other deadly weapons are prosecuted only for petty larceny, a misdemeanor. (A class B felony punishable by a maximum of 25 years in prison)

Convicted criminals caught with weapons downgraded to misdemeanors (a class D felony, is punishable by up to 7 years behind bars)

Burglars who steal from residential storage areas are prosecuted for a low-level class that don’t carry any jail time (they are class B and C felonies punishable by up to 25 and up to 15 years in prison respectively)

Drug dealers are prosecuted only for misdemeanor possession.

In Bragg’s Manhattan, you can resist arrest, deal drugs, obstruct arrests, and even carry a gun and get away with it,” the NYPD Detectives'.

This arbitrary law is in favor of criminals especially if you are a black person,

Mr. Biden openly bragged (it’s in video) that he pressured Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor while being vice president, clearly hiding his corruption attached to his son.

If they did, they would want people, who use a firearm in commission of a crime to get the strictest punishment legally possible. Conservatives have known forever that democrats don't care about crime and victims. It's about nothing more than banning the 2nd Amendment. Since we all know bad guys will always find a gun if they want one we should attack the problem using much harsher sentences for those who commit a crime with a firearm.
