What “truth” ? The 3.6% goes to none other than all the insurance companies and the 1.7 is the increase to the person insured. So seniors pay 1.7% more each month for their insurance plan and the insurance companies get 3.6% more from SS. The next step will be increasing the deductible. Ya’ll need to understand what a Medicare Advantage Plan is. It is nothing more than an insurance policy. Of course the insurance companies are making tremendous profits off of the tax payers OR they would not be offering the plans. I have a Medicare Supplement plan. It costs more but it pays 100% of what Medicare doesn’t pay.

Yep you are spot on!! Of course Biden has no idea of what suffering (physically) is for people that need more relief than what over the counter Tylenol provides. Some (like me) cannot take Ibuprofen, etc because of what it does to my blood pressure. I am on 5 different medications 2x a day just for my blood pressure, so hydrocodone is a relief for me (Lupus,etc).

If this is true the small deduction will be short lived and should be followed by an increase. Let's see what happens. It is rather surprising but if it is a step backward that would enable two steps forward then it would be just fine.
