I do not know what "America" as a whole would do. Think about the fact, possibly, every single law with his signature becomes null and void. Possibly, every regulation promulgated through his appointees becomes null and void. I am not sure about the SCOTUS appointees. Those were voted on by the Senate and possibly would stand; however, other Federal Judge appointments, possibly, could become null and void. Hmm...really not sure on that. All Executive Orders are null and void.

Is there a possibility that more of what are considered laws of a new kind are mostly EOs? The Congress has passed so few of them because the houses refuse to work with each other. It will be tough but it still could happen.

If we the people push it hard enough, Congress has to change everything. I really do not know what will happen. This is why I asked the original question. But I do know that Congress would have to act, to remove everything Obama did and come up with a formative and justifiable compromise. This could be interesting.

It hasn't gone to court yet. The investigation is still on going. Sorry but it will come to a head soon. But we don't know when. Sheriff Joe says he's getting real close. So we just have to wait. Remember Sheriff Joe is not validating the birth certificate, Sheriff Joe is going after the one who forged it.

That is why there has never been a legal President because they were not 14 years a resident within the United States.

Why don't the states re-form the State Guards as they had them back in the 40s and 50s that I remember. They had a State Guard and Nations Guard.

If memory serves me correctly, the State Guards were "thrown out the door" after Alabama's Governor George Wallace used the Alabama State Guard against the Negros in their rebellion in the 50s.

The State Guard was used in the Alabama riot, the vietnam riot, ah hell all the riots from 1964-1975. But the State Guard is not Militia. State Guard is actually, subject to the state, where Militia and the State are equal. And the Constitution grandfathered the Militia.

If I understand this correctly, the colonies had Militia first, then there were Colonies. Then at Lexington and Concord the British tried to disarm the Colonists and the Militia stood up against them. then the massacre began.

When the news of the massacre hit the Continental Congress, they placed the call of Revolution on the table, this was July 2, 1776 and for two days they either had to vote yea for revolution or nay against, if it was yea it had to be unanimous, if it was nay, it had to be unanimous. Adams Jefferson and Franklin were tasked at writing the Declaration and Washington was tasked with commanding the Army. And the rest is history!

I was in the State Guard in 1943. I lied about my age and enlisted on my 13th birthday.

The Captain was a pretty smart man and actually knew me (small town and not too many people).

He issued me a Thompson submachine gun. I loved that "toy". I could tear it apart and put it back together blindfolded.

I wish I still had it to use against Obama's civilian army when they attack.

After reading about the Militia don't worry too much about it. Obama's army is nothing compared to your State Militia. You will be safe. Give you a recent example, the Arizona Militia and the Nevada Militia assisted in the Bundy Ranch ordeal on the side of the Bundy's and refused to leave until Reed's army left. The Militia's got our back!
