It surprises me that more people do not know about the laws. The Constitution tells what the qualifications for President is. "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

The United States is Washington D.C. and a 10 mile square.
That means that no President has ever lived in the "United States" for 14 years, thus no President has ever been legal. The President is a CEO of the United States and not the President. The United States is a Corporation.

If you read the constitution it also says, "16.) To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;--And".

"No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

"No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen."

That means that the Senators and Representatives are not legal as well.

If you learn the laws it will surprise you how the Government has lied to the people for over 226 years. It all starts with the first law book "United States Code". I use the 2012 edition, Title 1 thru Title 5. It has the 'Organic Laws" in it. If you read them you will see how the law works. Apparently none of the lawyers get this law book or they would learn that they are illegal by the way they practice law. The only legal place for courts is on Federal Property and attorneys must practice law there as well.

The Constitution was written to control and guide the Congress and the people in Washington D.C., and the property it owns.

This brings up the subject of "are you a citizen". Were you born in the United States? Not unless you were born in Washington D.C.. Are you a "Naturalized Citizen"? Did you take an oath to the United States? Or are you a "Free Inhabitant"? This really changes the picture of how and what you think doesn't it?

We 'mustuv' had different history teachers. I understood Washington DC was to be the the capital of the states that agreed to unite and become one nation so they could "get along" together like brothers and sisters. They became known as the United States.

They started becoming a bigger family when their 'cousins' began asking to become part of the [family]. It seemed pretty obvious their parents (executives) weren't willing to give them what they wished they could have.

Sheriff Joe is an investigator and sounds like Hoover. But He is investigating and I quote "Who forged the document." He is not investigating what is written on the document, he's investigating the validity of the document.

The investigation sought out to prove that the document was true. Look at the twists and turns it took. In 2012 I too thought the issue was over, until I read the updates. So that charge is back on the table. I'm wondering what is going to happen when Sheriff Joe ends the investigation, and submitted his findings to an open session of Congress. It will be interesting to watch.

I'm not a lawyer, but a naturally born citizens, include the states and property of the United States. Washington DC is property or a territory of the United States and a natural born citizen is a person who was born either in the States or the territories of the States. This question came up in my history class about 20 years ago and boy did we duke it out. The History teacher brought a constitutional lawyer in to clarify the issue of DC. After much headed debate and proof from various court cases it has been determined that "a naturally born citizen" is a person who was born in one of the 50 States or their territories. I'm still researching the rest of your argument but I think you misread the clause, just like we all do from time to time.

But the fact is Washington, DC. is considered a district or territory of the United States. For example, if a person was born in Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States, that person can after he reaches the age of 35, and resides in the United States 14 years prior to the e******n can legally and constitutionally President of the United States.

Washington DC is special because the States wanted a neutral land to place the capitol to prove that they did not favor any one state. This does not make DC another country, it just makes DC a federal Territory. I think I've explained it. But good work. You got me thinking....
