We do not plan to take the vaccine.

Both of us have had allergic and bad reactions to flu and pneumonia vaccines in the past.

As for the masks, they have created sinus issues in both of us: we are now using daily meds to open our passages.

I think all the hype about "wearing a mask" is just that. Think about grocery stores . . . you have people stocking shelves one minute, bringing in grocery carts the next, I truly believe that so much bacteria is transmitted to and fro. Interesting, yesterday I read an article that stated that 55% of new cases of the China Plague were attributable to going to "big box stores." Just think about when the grocery clerk, who touches all that bacteria laden currency and coins--then he/she is touching each and every purchase you make when they scan your merchandise. It does not surprise me that although you were doing everything you were told to do and you still became infected. My best wishes to you for a speedy recovery.

It reminded me of a saying by Stalin: "One death is a tragedy, a million just a statistic." I would like to die a tragic death.

The argument in my head against taking it is the pure fear-motive: I do not like being coerced. I suppose that is like the no-maskers. As our whole way of life has been disrupted and changed by this virus, taking the vaccine seems like a concession to its power, an admission of defeat somehow. I am still undecided. How about you?

I do not plan on getting vaccinated for the China Plague. When you look at all the crap they put in the current vaccines, I just do not want that introduced to my body. I am 74, and yes I also have some underlying health concerns, but I just figure, if it is my time to go, then its my time to go.

I have a great family doctor who I trust. I like him for many reasons but a big one is that he is a scholar and constantly pursues education and knowledge in his field. I have had some medical training but am in no way as qualified as he is so when it comes to decisions such as vaccinations I defer to his wisdom. So far he has not steered me wrong. The suggestion I would make is to ignore the anti vaccine crap on Facebook and if you are anxious about receiving the vaccine raise those concerns with your physician and follow their advice.

Of course Kevy you would feel that that. I am somewhat offended by the fact that "Big Pharma" has our doctors in their pockets, and many of the doctor's out there are afraid of going against the big money interests.

Wow, great spin on the truth. The Left backs and is pushing for the vaccine. Jus look at the responses to this thread: almost all Righties said they would not take it. Wake up.
I didn't spin the "truth", rumnuts. I speak for myself. "Almost all Righties" are free to do as they wish.

If the COVID-19 vaccine were available to you, would you take it?

Hell yeah! If necessary, I will get the Covid vaccination.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo publicly rejected the Trump Administration’s efforts to move forward implementing a COVID-19 vaccine, vowing to work with other governors to stop its distribution “before it does damage.”

“The Trump administration is rolling out the vaccination plan and I believe it’s flawed,” Cuomo said. “I believe that it learns nothing from the past.”

“You have two months and we can’t let this vaccination plan go forward the way the Trump administration is designing it because Biden can’t undo it and two months later will be in the midst of it,”

Just a couple weeks after Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced he would not distribute a vaccine for the coronavirus if one is approved while President Donald Trump is in the White House, three more Democrat governors are putting politics ahead of public health in their states by also saying they don’t trust the Trump administration in the matter.

Democrat governors — Katie Brown in Oregon, Jay Inslee in Washington, and Steve Sisolak in Nevada — decided to get on board with Newsom’s approach to fighting the virus:

California formed an interstate pact with Washington, Oregon and Nevada in April to guide a common response to the coronavirus pandemic — a loose and largely symbolic political alliance to share strategies and push back on the Trump administration’s pressure to end shutdown measures quickly.

I have a nasty thing called cystic fibrosis. I have had an annual flu shot for over 30 years now and have not gotten a bad case in that time. I have also got pneumonia vaccinations periodically throughout that time. With CF, if you get just a common cold it can usually end up in a secondary pneumonia infection in the lungs. As soon as I qualify I will be getting the vaccine without a second thought. Right now my preference would be for the Moderna version.

The only reason I have missed flu shots in the past, was when I was busy, lazy, or unaware. I still get busy. I am lazier than I have ever been, but I am aware. The last 3 years my employer has paid for me to get flu shots. Even though I had moderate reactions to the shots the first two years, I still got one this year. This last one gave me no problem at all.

I would have volunteered if I could have to do the trials for the Corona Vaccines. I have no problem taking the vaccine shot, or two of them. Those who do not get the vaccine will benefit from herd immunity once vaccinated levels reach 50 %. Then they will be fine unless they travel to third World areas like California, Chicago, or New Jersey.

Will I get the COVID-19 vaccine? That'll depend on its origin. If it's from China, as Canuckus Deploracus indicated a while back, NO WAY, JOSE!!! I don't trust ANYTHING from China! But if it's made in America, I'll give it a few months. If there's little to no bad news about it, then I'll consider it.

Pfizer and and BioNTech vaccines proved 95% effective in their Phase III lab tests. The UK has just approved these for emergency use.

There is only one reason why leftist serfs are terrified of the new Covid vaccines. To hell with the science and the hard work of the scientists who developed them, it is because of the guy who made it happen.

We are not afraid of a proven vaccine, if trump and his family will get on TV like ,bush obama ,and Clinton then yes I will take it .

I will allow the vaccination only if it's not derived from fetal cell lines.

I will take it. Polio vaccines almost wiped out polio. Same with whooping cough and so many more. If the body has no natural ability to fight off this virus and it causes such recurring problems as blood clots, lung fibrosis and who knows what all else, I hope most people will take it.

I know there are the staunch anti-vaxers that will never, but the more people who do, the better off we all will be. I just hope it becomes available for my subset soon!!!

Don't do it it's poison besides the fact that a vaccine takes many years to make test the side affects are way worse than the vaccine an the fact that Bil Gates has the patient on( that use to be illegal ) in medicine. The science is not being told or truth it's being weaponized besides ( contact tracers ) being talked about it can change your DNA an the nanotechnology RNA technology genetically modifying just like Monsanto did with the seeds with food. I have lot stuff on it but can get to download here to send you if you want can send me private message email if you like . Here's one but have many from Doctors written an Lab people https:youtu.be/Vb4VRp8KznE hope got that right pretty scary stuff . Remember Bill Gates & Fucci are killers an been giving shots to people in other country's for years India hates him he's preached population control for 30 years . Don't kind yourself . Beside that the chip or contact tracer can be put in the shot ( never know it ) an used to track you watch you turn it off if you don't do what they say ( Mark the Beast ) already Europe is talking about not being able to fly what's next job , food, healthcare , warship You name it . Biden already said was going contact trace you . That not my God . But there lot evidence read between the lines they have already broke the economy , the healthcare system , public school system, jobs , our social freedoms , our Church's , College's you think they really care. This is evil transhumans genetically modified human beings clones growed an ear on the mouses is back 20 years ago they have made halfman half animals already an spider goat armor by taking the gene from a spider putting it in a goat when the goat gives milk it gives a web and they make spider goat armor out of it and slider than steel and stronger weave together. The devil's always got to counterfeit . This stuff is no joke . They just I made it a month ago that the polio vaccine gave you polio seriously an a friend mine grandmother told him her Doctor told her the vaccine gave it to her back than . People read between the lines listen to your spirit don't believe anything vaccine are the most dangerous treatments there is an they aren't responsible for what they do to you or your kids .
