i would first go to the experts who should have the medical expertise to keep the citizens safe. the CDC also should have input and then see what successes occurred with past pandemics. I read pro and con about lock downs because of the emotional, social and economic problems when you do that. So far with 184 nations suffering from this pandemic not one nation has a simple answer to what is or was best to stop not only the spread but the other disasters related to this Chinese Virus. Masks also have mixed reviews but i am not opposed to wearing masks indoors. I think if you are outdoors you need to breathe fresh air. Social distancing goes with most illnesses. Every state's populations vary and some states had few cases while other dense states suffered more. I would also publish more positive news showing how many got thevirus but successfully weathered it rathen scaring everyone. the Doom and Gloom was very depressing and causes one to be seriously stressed. the Media made it worse. I am disgusted with them because they made it political rather than caring about the American people. They fueled the fear and enjoyed keeping us down which was awful. I have lost my respect for them not reporting and instead giving their opinions, showing their hatred, never researching accurately what was done for the American people: we locked down, asked people to socially distance, wear masks, stay home if you feel sick, and there is little else any nation did differently. There is just so much one can do until the protocols come up with a medication to prevent people who get the virus from dying or the vaccines to protect us. There are no other protocols to follow. again: lock down/socially distance, stay home if you are sick -which makes sense no matter what illness you have, wear a mask...that is it..unless someone has something no one on this planet has thought of. I am waiting for the Scientists and Doctors to share their successes with the world...they are the experts and should guide us.

First all to keep the economy bad to hurt Trump but, they are also in the pocket of Big Pharma who wants to develop a brand new drug that will cost hundreds or thousands of dollars that they can sell for a big profit.

Unfortunately if everything has to be shut down to get a handle on "it", that handle will be on the shovel burying the US of A. The "pseudoscience" that determines who are "essential" & who are "non-essential is pure fiction. Fer sure not everyone is a good writer of fiction & simply being a governor doesn't improve the chances. Y'all gotta get real woody! In the real world people get sick & people die, always have & always will. Put your big boy pants on & get back to work.
