One problem, we've had governors and Mayors handling their states and municipalities, it hasn't gone that well. The rest I agree with. How to fix that problem, I know I'm one saying give power back to the states in this instance it isn't working it's backfiring. What you can do is when a state shows that it is failing, let the Fed come in and take the power. Better than a faux lockdown. That has no legitimacy.

By your logic, if we would have listened to Pat Robertson, AIDS would be gone. He advocated nationwide testing and mandatory quarantine for positive testing. The left said no way.
