Feeling good, though, as well as a bit stir crazy. 😬

I have an appointment with the doc who did the procedure in a couple of days, at which time I plan to pitch my case for moving back aboard.

Shortly thereafter, I plan to make my move to Yuma, Az, and be fully retired.

Sorry to hear about this, and I don't know you. But, I understand what you are dealing with medically.

In the event, retired means that you earned the right to rest, and enjoy life, comfortably.

In addition, consider the message that the Lord is telling you, take it easy, and relax. You worked hard to get where you are.

Enjoy, life, and put your plans into place, and effect, absent stress.

I came to terms with stress a few decades ago when I learned the ultimate lesson about it: that no matter how much one stresses out, the stuff he or she is allowing to stress him/her out is still going to happen. Since then, I have remained cool and calm in stressful situations.

I agree, I think I've paid enough of life's dues and certainly enough taxes to warrant a relaxed, satisfying retirement.

Not all people who rent are scummy!!!

I didn’t means to say all renters are scummy, just the ones that rented my other home! Broke many things and stole appliances! Those were scummy! I rented at one time and so did my parents before they bought a home in cally! But we all took care of the homes as though they were ours! It’s a good idea for the rental payments to be paid back over time!! Hopefully the people that own the homes also get a break!!

A delay or stretching out the terms of a mortgage might be considered but not a cancellation. That is why everyone is getting stimulus money to help pay bills. Plus workers on workers comp are getting extra to help pay the bills. You cancel out the need to meet obligations, you negate the need for the stimulus!

Some people will never be satisfied, you try to help them out & they just cry for more, more, more! Dem's are always happy to give away your tax money at every chance they get!

1200 is not enough for my mortgage, but it came in handy! Praise God!!!

Mortgage is owned by banks... They will have their stimulus bailouts...

Rent goes to owners.. It's a source of income... Taking it away would require more government checks to be sent...

Also, homeowners have property tax to contend with, including properties they are renting out... So allowing mortgage payments to be temporarily haunted makes sense...

Just my opinion..

Yup good!!! Maybe property tax lowered!!!

Is she going to pay them!!! People that rent their homes out have mortgages too! The banks don’t forgive they offer a forebearance! A foreberance in turn let’s u pay more each money to make up for the arrears, when things go back to normal people will have to pay higher rents to make up for the deficit!

You know that they can get extremely dangerous, and absurd. I think, that the International bankers are going to ask us to pay everything back.

There is something tricky going on with all this. The federal reserve is behind this financial windfall, so don't fall asleep.

And watch your bank account, and money, for the economic purge.. the feds is a criminal racketeering Enterprise.

Some losers think because of this situation that they shouldn’t have to pay rent even though they are able! That’s the problem with socialist mentality, everyone owes you!

Mortgage makes sense...
Rent not so much...

I kind of think that's backwards, it takes banks over a year to foreclose on someone who doesn't want to go, not to mention that part of coronavirus relief that has already passed is that homeowners can go a full year without making a mortgage payment just because they want to, no reason needed.

The landlord of a tenant could do the same thing with their mortgage, and it looks like tenants will have relief that helps them pay rent at some point. The whole relief thing needs careful coordination to get it somewhat right, right now relief is a bit scattered. If people are made decently covered they should be paying their rent, not blowing it off because they can.

I have had 2 stents and bypass surgery (died on the table twice during that operation) but obviously I am still here to keep annoying the "progressives". Couldn't leave SWMBO with all the work.
