What a concept, someone obtains an education works a career at sub standard wages out of a sense of service and gets an old age pension, instead of bitching that they earned a degree and pension why don’t you consider working for an outfit that provides one? The other thing to consider is that better educated people tend to be more liberal and uneducated people consrervitive, knowledge and the lack thereof are likely the cause of both. Running your ass into the ground for some company with little to show for it at the end of your life is not a virtue, any more than ignorance is, don’t kid yourself that it is.
