Why would the givers of aid just burn the aid if aiding people in need was their purpose in the first place ?, surely someone could benefit by the aid in Columbia.

Also Senator Marco Rubio is boasting about the operation that caused the electrical shut down for 5 days in Venezuela, Senator Rubio was celebrating and posting 5 minutes after the backup generations at had failed, that the back up generators had failed, but how did he know the back up generations had failed 5 minutes after the first start didn't work ?, they might have been just hard to start.

Obviously it was sabotage and organised with the fore knowledge of Senator Marco Rubio thereby bringing the House into disrepute and consequently he should resign.
