very true. Some go to church only to show off and gain approval yet they think they are better than others

Well, not going and thinking you're better has become pretty common now. I wouldn't judge them; the church goers and the ones who don't go.

There is no justification for abortion, except in the case of rape or danger to the mother. That’s been lawful for a long time, but this baby killing as a form of birth control must end.

Totally! It is destroying the very soul of America!

Is this somehow worse than killing babies full term? Or letting them die after they're born? Or giving animals more rights than the unborn?

How about these same "Human rights" groups that ignore other atrocities to women? Attacks on women's rights particularly in muslim countries? Young girls being raped in muslim countries?

You're calling the wrong people zealots.

The time involved led to the girl being placed in danger... That was most certainly the fault of the officials (both political and medical) involved...

The girl should have received the abortion immediately...
I hope she recovers and that the child has a chance as well...
May the Lord bless them both...
And may her rapist find a special welcome in the afterlife... Amen

I know of no human rights group that ignores the atrocities being committed in the middle east...

Bravo! Well said, I agree with you 100%.

'I Want This Thing the Old Man Put Inside Me Taken Out.' 11-Year-Old Argentine Girl Denied an Abortion
The girl, who was raped by her grandmother's parter, requested an abortion
An 11-year-old Argentinian girl who was denied an abortion received a caesarean section this week, sparking a new debate about the country’s strict abortion laws.
The BBC reports that the child, who was raped by her grandmother’s 65-year-old partner, had requested an abortion. Confusion over the girl’s legal guardianship caused the a delay until her 23rd week of pregnancy, at which point doctors argued it was too risky to carry out the procedure.
The girl’s mother had approved an abortion, but since the child lives with her grandmother, the mother’s consent was deemed insufficient. The grandmother’s approval was also considered inadequate since her legal guardianship was terminated over her relations with the rapist.

Several doctors reportedly refused to perform the procedure due to personal beliefs. The baby was born alive, but doctors said its chances of survival are poor, according to the BBC.
Local media reported that the girl was clear about her desire to end the pregnancy. “I want this thing the old man put inside me taken out,” she told officials.
That the girl was forced to deliver the baby via c-section has caused uproar among human rights activists.
“When this 11-year-old rape victim entered the hospital requesting a legal abortion, the authorities’ number one duty should have been protecting her life and health. Instead, they put up obstacle after obstacle with the sole aim of denying the girl her rights,” Erika Guevara-Rosas, Americas director at Amnesty International, said in a statement.
While abortion is illegal in Argentina, a 1921 law allows the procedure in cases of rape or where a women’s health is in danger.
In August 2018, the Argentine Senate voted against legalizing abortion in the first 14 weeks of life.

No, I disagree. An eleven year old girl having been raped and impregnated by the grandmother's boyfriend understands that she wants nothing in her body from that old rapist. This is a prime example of a needed abortion as quickly as possible.

I fully understand the emotional gut wrenching response. Unfortunately things like this begin with one emotional exception, then another, another, and yet another.....soon there are 60 million reasons.

For example, I'm old enough to remember a time when we occasionally sought mercy for the misguided thief or murderer. Today we simply excuse murder and theft by the misguided. The rule of law has been usurped by the law of emotion, "how I feel." Emotions are the most unruly of human attributes yet they govern many people today. Progressives make decisions based on their emotion and later try to justify them with what they believe to be logic. They elevate their emotional responses so high as to actually consider them to be "common sense," Wisdom! Not hardly! Not hardly at all.

Compromising morals, values and spirituality gave voice and vote to the Marxist Progressive philosophy, their primary hedonistic agenda, the secular social sexual revolution and these things provided the necessary compromise needed for legal abortions. Progressives? Ha! You can tell a great deal about them by the "hats" their women wear. Trump supporters wear a simple red MAGA hat that drive the Progressive's TDS absolutely wild. No balance. None at all.

I have noticed lil kevy advancing his never ending 'straw man' articles supporting his belief in abortion anytime, anywhere. Myself, being pro life, I have reluctantly begun to rethink my position in light of what's happening in NY & VA by the idiotic Governors of those states advocating aborting a fetus right up to the time of birth. I fear this could become the norm in other lib bastions like CA, WA, OR, MA, NM, among others. Maybe we should allow abortion 'on demand' by these women, (often, ignorant sluts not smart enough to use precautions) with one caveat and that being they will be permanently sterilized thus preventing these heart wrenching decisions for them, from ever happening to them again. Hmmm...

I firmly believe every woman considering an abortion should make a fully informed decision. Watching what happens during, (and after, when the baby is reassembled to make sure no body parts were left behind,) an abortion should be required.

Shouldn't that depend on where the pregnancy is at?
Would you apply this to a woman who had just discovered she was pregnant?
Or in cases such as the one above? (an eleven year old rape victim)

A woman would surely know how she became pregnant, I don't quite understand your statement about discovering she was pregnant. As for the absolutely vile, wretched rape of a child, why is it the baby that must die. He/she was in no way responsible for the horrendous circumstances of his/her conception. And killing the baby will not make the rape go away. Shouldn't the perpetrator, (and in this case those who enabled the crime,) be the one who has to accept his justly deserved punishment? So the solution to the repulsive act of child rape is then the killing of another child? Almost 50 years of legalized abortion has led to the casual dismissal of human life as the answer to vile and tragic crimes. Actually almost 50 years of legalized abortion has led to the dismissal of human life...period

How about you enlighten us about abortions ? Tell us a bedtime story. I want to hear about the late term abortions. Describe in detail what happens to the unborn baby.

This is what we who are right refer to as calling your bluff.
