Some article on a rightwingnut website by a lawyer from Jerry Falwell's rightwing Liberty University is not a credible reference. Sorry. What's so hard about finding the exact provision of the law that says what you guys all say it says?

Perhaps you are unaware of the Harvard Law Professors who have expressed concerns about Obama's extra-legal moves - or perhaps the glint in your eye from Obama's magnificance blinds you from such opinions too.

That ("Obamacare is not really involved in care.") is exactly why I have been objecting all along to references that Obamacare is "socialism". Not even close. People still buy insurance from commercial insurance companies. They still get their care from commercial (non-govt) doctors. They still go to non-govt hospitals. The govt isn't even involved in collecting premiums or paying claims.

It may not be pure socialism but it comes close to totalitarianism - mandate to individuals - mandate to health care insurers on what needs to be covered, as well as how much profit it can earn alone move us far in that direction.

Old - you're trying to make sense to a guy who has already clearly said he can care less if Obama is violating the law or not - with that level of Obamamistic love no comments or logic can displace it.

Yeah, I guess I expected more from a fellow retired Warrant Officer. He is the first liberal one I have run into. All my ex-shipmates (CWOs and LDOs) are conservatives like me, and some are even farther right than me.

No, but government contractors are! Same thing, just an extension of the government!

THEY just refuse to accept the fact that one of the covert reasons for what is happening to insurance companies is nothing other than what THEY want to do to k**l health insurance on the way to Single Payer. Of course, with Single Payer they won't long want to accept the fact that the government is in control when they are the payer. It gets better and better as days go by.

What I think is funny is that people like you are so eager to find dirt on Obama that you will interpret approval of decisions requested by selected groups as violating the law. If a white Republican were president, you guys wouldn't care either.

You are free to cite even one "distorted and warped left-wing sources" I have used. You didn't because you can't. I don't have any faith in extreme left or right media and won't cite them. If I read them at all, it is just to know what the extremists are thinking.

Oh, you have, but I'm not going to waste my time going back through everyone of your warped postings. I will cite one, and that is your undying faith in government reports. Case in point: the B******i report, written by government bureaucrats. I don't care if it is Adm Mullen, or Pickering, who wrote the report, if you're naive enough to take for gospel the findings by two government bureaucrats, who get their marching orders from Washington, I've got a lovely ocean view lot in Barstow CA I would love to sell you. There are many, many flawed and biased reports written over the years by government bureaucrats in an attempt to whitewash, or cover up administration misdeeds.

In short, you have your opinion, and I have mine, and if you don't like mine, you can kiss my ass!

That's just cowardly, OldSchool, to criticize Amb Pickering's and ADM Mullen's report without reading it. They are both Republicans, tho I can't say that for certain about ADM Mullen. He was, however, selected by George Bush to be his Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. They both have reputations to maintain and would not have marched to any orders from Washington. Besides, the purpose of their report was to investigate security needs, not bolster anyone's claims about the so-called scandal.

Your smug criticism of me for my "undying faith in government reports" is laughable. YOU would rather believe online articles from far-right websites that are nothing more than advertisements to make money. I'll believe government reports over those any day of the week! You have no desire to learn anything other than the crap you have been fed. Keep bouncing around in your rightwingnut bubble, OldSchool. Makes no difference to me.

Oh, I guess the world rotates around you? Your opinion is the only one that counts? Typical left-wing bulls**t you espouse. You are the gullible laughable one, so go have some more of that government Kool-Aid.

I have read the report, and I don't buy it. I could give a rat's ass if either, or both admirals are Republicans, they're still bureaucrats. They're controlled by the WH. They report what they're told to, within certain guidelines. If you want to believe it, go ahead, me I want more proof from other sources.

I have no desire to learn anything other than....? I already know how the left thinks, I know them like the back of my hand. They're echoes of each other. Watch ABC, CBS, NBC,CNN, MSNBC, or read the Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Media Matters, et al, they all echo the same left-wing talking points. There is no differences between them.

And your statement about "believing online articles from far-right websites that are nothing more than advertisements to make money" is a crock of your left-wing crap. You don't know what I read, and what I read is a hell of a lot more credible than the biased government reports you read.

So, you read what you want, and I'll read what I want. Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one. So get off my back! Don't like my opinion, don't read it, because I could give a rat's ass what you think, or what your warped opinion is!
