Neal I agree with your most powerful and true statement. I served 20+years in the U.S.Army for you and all folks have the right to express to views. We need more people to stand up and v**e and regain our country. GOD bless America & a very merry CHRISTMAS to one and all,

Thank you silver dollar for your service, without you neither Neal the secular one or myself could actually be able to speak so freely about our beliefs. I thank God everyday I pick up the newspaper and read of the heinous treatment of Coptic Christians where they live and how Muslims are k*****g each other to enter heaven through their works, that I was raised in a Christian majority country. Sure we have crime/sin , everybody is born into this world where sin has become good and what is good now bad. Sin is the problem, people are confused, sinners are using their freedom to sin as a freedom to hurt, maim,k**l each other and destroy the church.
Just turn on the TV and you can see how far we have come to promote all that is wrong into humor, sure some of it is funny, some of it is perverted and clearly not reality, even if they call it reality TV. Well enough,
Thank you , I hope you had a very "Merry Christmas" in our so far free country!

Your use of the word secular tells me that you really do believe that you of the atheist beliefs really think you have changed this country to pure secularism and you just haven't made it yet. Yes, you have been trying very hard for a number of years and have gained the ear of liberals on various benches but you are still just getting there, not there, yet.

Be patient, Roy.

Neal ,
You are using the first ruse to iliminate religion used by scholars , an you use an assumption by the same that religion started in Africa, though it more than likely did not and I say that considering the orient as seperating. Our founding fathers did believe and their beliefs are reflected in our every day lives. We are a Christian nation and I don't care what you believe. I was just out this fine holiday and I only witnessed liquor stores and small drug stores open, nobody out there who didn't need to be. Even Walmart and McDonald's is closed. So why would we all observe this Christian holiday if we were not a Christian nation? In Egypt Christians are being murdered today as minorities, in Pakistan the church's were shut down last week by government through Islamic pressure, in china they are murdering their own relatives for power. Do you really think we have it so good because our people and government has been self enlightened? You may not believe yet, but scripture of the true enlightened people" the chosen" state that every knee that'll bend and every tongue confess that Jesus is lord. The day is coming, maybe not today , when every man has had the chance to know The Lord , he will return. In a blink of an eye all beings will know. We can not enter heaven through our works or for simply being nice to each other. More people are turning to Christianity over the entire planet than any other religion, including here in the US. Atheist may have their way with the media but that isn't Christianity's concern.
Merry Christmas!
Neal , br You are using the first ruse to iliminat... (show quote)

Rather nicely said, Vacaman, although a bit of a word salad. Seems oldroy is convinced that the "nones" will eventually convince the majority that evidence-based thinking is superior to accepting the centuries-old ruminations of middle eastern cattleherds as a guide to life.

Evidence of Christ is well documented throughout history. Sure Christianity is relatively young compared to many of the Asian religions. Atheism is not a religion, satanism is sort of, at least the satanists recognize gods existence. I understand you want secularism to grow, that is fine with me, many secularist hide their true beliefs and practice a hidden faith. Like you said religion is personal thing, those who pray to the creator in secrecy are rewarded. You also said my post was a word salad, run on sentences are a fault of mine for sure. I am happy to live in a free country, where we can express our opinions and practice our religion without persecution. "Without persecution " oh maybe not! Thanks for the dialog, I'm sure we will speak again.
Good day.

Naw, I am not afraid of any such thing. However, I am convinced that the day is nearing when the secular progressives will win more believers. Do you understand what I mean when I say secular progressive? Do you think there is a way for you secularists to over power the Muslims once you destroy Christianity? I wish I weren't so old so I could see what happens when you left leaners find that you aren't all powerful without we of the Christian bent. You do know that the Muslims k**l off their opposition rather than try to use words as you do.

Hard to have a meaningful conversation when you behead the other guy! We have a chance to spread the t***h about islam and cowardice acts of the extremists. Problem is we in America have not seen how extreme they can be, especially if you don't follow current events.
