A claim to be liberal or conservative is admitting to a limiited perspective that should be an invitation to broadening that vision by reflective dialogue with its opposite. There is a middle ground or gestalt that we need to find together or we risk ruin. Remaining adamantly divided over every issue is self-destructive. This is the present illness in American society.

It is quite plain, or should be, to everyone here that certain policies of both parties have not worked and have caused a weakening of our system. Demoni(this letter is broken)ing each other only adds to the problem. Where is the solution in that? Sure, there is anger and frustration over what certain poolicies have done to us both personally and to the country. But pouting or finger-pointing is unproductive. We all want and know we need change. Unless we start working together as we the people again it will never happen.

Amnesty is a mistake. Dream Act is a mistake. Arizona was not draconian. We have a migrant worker program using an H1B Visa program. If they need to expand it then do it. Lets be honest and stop the bulls**t. Democrats want i******s flooding our borders because they see it as a boost for their future. B****s want to see w****s as a minority and gloat when they see millions of brown folks coming over the border ( even though it hurts them). Bush was dreadful on borders as well except in the end when we began building the fence.

[probably even further back than that ] how in the heck do you think their numbers have reache d 12 million .

And I'm not in favor of draconian crap that Arizona pulled , which simply herds them into another State .
Alabama tried that and shot itself in the foot , because when the crops ripened they had no one to pick them .

And I'm not picking on or blaming it on GW , but he took THE EXACT SAME POSITION as OBAMA , but without pushing for a solution .

Seems to me the House has sent lots of bills to the Senate, where Harry Reid blocks them, instead of doing his job and working on compromise.

Actually the GOP Congress has v**ed on MANY more Bills than the Dem Senate. I think DOUBLE. Its Harry Reid who refuses to bring anything to the floor for a v**e in Senate.

Here goes the RACE CARD again. It has nothing to do with his skin color. I opposed Hillarycare just as much in the 90s. So take those race cards and fold them in small corners. I think 8 folds works best. Then shove them one by one up YOUR A$$

Here is Obama giving one of his BS Speeches

"Many in this chamber -- particularly on the Republican side of the aisle -- have long insisted that reforming our medical malpractice laws can help bring down the cost of health care," the president said last Wednesday to a joint session of Congress. "Now, I don't believe malpractice reform is a silver bullet, but I've talked to enough doctors to know that defensive medicine may be contributing to unnecessary costs."

But TORT reform was never included in the healthcare bill. Where was the compromise? The one major thing the GOP asked for. Obama gives it lip service in public then k**led it private

I disagree totally because I feel compromise is how we have reached this point of no return. We " C*********D" our way to 17 Trillion in debt with no end in sight. Someone needs to STOP Compromising and finally draw a Line in the sand. The Tea Party so far are the only ones with the courage to do so. So remain a so called moderate and take no hard stand. And we will be at 35 Trillion in debt before you know it and borrowing every cent we spend.

The GOP has a dark skin thing don't they? Here in Arizona we tried to not let brown people v**e.But them liberals made us do it,something about, some of them had land here, under Spanish land grants,150 years before there was a USA.So we let them V**e. We just don't count their v**es. Well I hear they count their v**es down in Tucson. But up here in Phoenix we only count them if they v**e right. Its a short fix, they bread like cats you know. We can only hope they learn to v**e right before they over run us.
