Rush has not said anything r****t. He is also close friends with many African Americans including Condi Rice, Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams

Lou wrote:

So in your mind if someone recognizes a r****t and outs him , that makes the one who recognizes the r****t ......a r****t ?

You do realize that your statement is absurd and pathetic ?

Limbaugh quotes :
“Have you ever noticed how all composite pictures of wanted criminals resemble Jesse Jackson?”

2. “Right. So you go into Darfur and you go into South Africa, you get rid of the white government there. You put sanctions on them. You stand behind Nelson Mandela — who was bankrolled by c*******ts for a time, had the support of certain c*******t leaders. You go to Ethiopia. You do the same thing

3. “Look, let me put it to you this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it

4. “The NAACP should have r**t rehearsal. They should get a liquor store and practice robberies.”

5. “They’re 12 percent of the population. Who the hell cares?”

6. [To an African American female caller]: “Take that bone out of your nose and call me back.”

7. ”I think the media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. They’re interested in black coaches and black quarterbacks doing well. I think there’s a little hope invested in McNabb and he got a lot of credit for the performance of his team that he really didn’t deserve.”

8. Limbaugh’s many attacks on Obama.

Limbaugh has called Obama a ‘halfrican American’ has said that Obama was not Black but Arab because Kenya is an Arab region, even though Arabs are less than one percent of Kenya. Since mainstream America has become more accepting of African-Americans, Limbaugh has decided to play against its new racial fears, Arabs and Muslims. Despite the fact Obama graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law school, Limbaugh has called him an ‘affirmative action candidate.’ Limbaugh even has repeatedly played a song on his radio show ‘Barack the Magic Negro’ using an antiquated Jim Crow era term for Black a man who many Americans are supporting for president. Way to go Rush.

9. “We need segregated buses… This is Obama’s America.”

10. “Obama’s entire economic program is r********ns.”

I don't see anything r****t in these comments. I see his comment is directed at Mandela's politics. Calling him a c*******t is not r****t. Are YOU saying all Bloods and Crips are BLACK?

12% of the population . He is correct.

Honestly there is no r****m in these statements. If you want Real R****m you need to quote Al Sharpton or Hymietown Jessie

Let me use this example since it is very current. Do you think there are many who want to see Tebow succeed because he is a Christian?

And God help anyone who the IRS figures owes them money! I have a friend who is a widow of 9 years. Her husband died owing 21 grand in taxes. She was not aware of it because he never told her. The IRS decided to take the money from her. She made about 33 hundred a month in retirement and for 7 months they cleaned her bank account of all except for 1 penny and froze her IRA. Now she's lost her home. How's that for imperialistic larceny? So if what you're trying to say is that a national sales tax is more of an invasion of our personal liberties than our current system...I just can't buy that.

The IRS should be abolished, there is no argument there, but a payroll tax, is a tax on your selling your services. You the seller are paying the tax. Nothing wrong with that except it is too dang much. But the sales tax, is robbing you of your ability to pay for goods that you need. It is the seller that should be paying the tax, he is providing the service. Not to belabor the point though, it might make more sense if the the things our taxes were going to support were voluntary. In that case, maybe we would get the things we really want completed. Instead of paying for things we have no interest in. If you tell me I have to contribute ten percent to the government but can direct it to where I want it. Then I have some control. nyet?

Six of one half dozen of the other. Jefferson was for a national sales tax and he's reputed to have had a good idea or two. Regardless, our current system is ridiculously complex. Unfair. Burdensome. Overreaching. Gives a government agency far too much power. And what we now have is already being siphoned off for salaries and boondoggles. At least with a national sales tax I have the choice to buy or not to buy or to shop at Walmart or Macy's. A national sales tax would DO AWAY with income taxes. No more Medicare or Social Security taxes. All that stuff would be paid for through the national sales tax. It would do away with tax brackets and tax exemptions. It would radically change the nature of the IRS. Maybe even make it obsolete. It would reduce administration costs. A national sales tax could be paid directly to the Treasury Department. I don't understand your objection to it. Unless, of course, you work for the IRS or an income tax service like HR Block.

Look, just for argument sake, if you sell something, you get income. the government wants to get in on the act. OK, you are getting money for a item someone wants. That is income. you pay a tax on the income. But when you buy something, you are losing your income, and the seller is getting it. Now you have to pay both ways. Getting income, and losing income. It is the losing part I object to. The gas tax is another example of ripping of the consumer. It is all backwards, the seller who is getting the income should pay the taxes, not the poor schlep that is buying stuff. How does that make sense to you?

And, if you think that a national sales tax will relieve you of any other taxes, you are dreaming.

In either case you are paying taxes. Does it make a difference if it is paid before you even see it or you pay it as you buy goods and services during the course of your day? No. Of course not. To your bottom line there is absolutely no difference when or how your taxes are collected and a national sales tax, in which no one is exempted (no more tax loop holes, or wrangling for tax free status, or griping about churches, or holding someone's tax free status hostage in exchange for political silence) would have to be a pretty low percentage - probably lower than you might think - because everyone would pay it. Even the folks on the dole would pay it when they purchased their smart phones and bling. It would raise the governments revenue because the loopholes would be gone and everyone would be contributing AND anyone with the common sense to be frugal can limit the amount of money they pay in taxes and that money could be saved untaxed! It puts some of the power back in YOUR hands. No more withholding! Its a good idea that really needs to be explored!

Imagine a bucket of water. The water in that bucket represents your yearly income. Imagine that its hot and you lose a few mils of water a day to evaporation. That represents income taxes. Imagine the bucket again only its cool and this time it loses a few mils per day through condensation. That represents a national sales tax. Does it make any difference to the water in your bucket which way it is lost (spent payed)? Of course not! And the ONLY taxes a national sales tax would replace are FEDERAL taxes. There will still be state and local taxes. There WAS no federal income tax or IRS prior to WWI and they both were supposed to be "temporary", to finance the war. We managed before they existed and we can manage now without them. If you believe that what we have now is unacceptable we should be thinking of a way to make a national sales tax work rather than thinking of reasons it won't work. This is the single greatest thing we could do to get our debt under control - beside not spending any more money for the next 10 or 15 years!

Perhaps. But my point, I think, remains valid. Our current tax system is already hopelessy complex and unfair. And the potential for the agency entrusted with its administration to abuse its power has been well demonstrated. Its time for the nation to think differently, or accept with resignation our inevitable and increasingly rapid downhill slide. I'm reminded of a saying,"If you think what you always thought, you get what you always got". What good does it do to commiserate about how bad things are getting and assign blame, without hammering out a solution?

Wait a minute, a payroll tax is what I pay for receiving wages because I am selling my labor. A sales tax is just plain robbery on the buyer. He is paying for a service. the guy getting paid should pay the tax, not the guy paying. Of course it matters how my bucket is emptied. Evaporation of my bucket is what I pay for SELLING my service. The water that I lose from condensation is robbery. I am not selling anything so why must I put up for this loss. I agree that a National Sales tax is good, if it is on the SELLER, and not the buyer. Why should a person that is buying anything pay an additional tax. Let the guy that is selling the stuff pay the tax on His income. Even if you think he is just a collector of tax money, he is still selling his service, hence an income, hence a tax on income. If you think anyone will go for that, you are mistaken, People will begin bartering their goods to avoid it completely. Money is the problem, as soon as you put a value on consumption, consumption will decrease. That's what a sales tax does, it reduces consumption.
