Ted Cruz is CUBAN, born to a American other and a CUBAN FATHER in CANADA , NOT qualified, either.

Marco Rubio is CUBAN and BOTH of his Parents are from CUBA-again, not qualified, huh?

Oh , do you think you know ? You ask that question as if ANYONE knew .
When you v**ed for GW , did you v**e for 9/11 ? Did you expect what was to be ? Did you expect we'd be in Afghanistan and Iraq for the next 8 years ?
When you v**ed for GW the second time , did you v**e for , or foresee an economic meltdown ?
You think you know , based not on facts but your predisposed bias , which amounts to an uneducated guess .
Tell you what , you tell me what all the other nations of the world will do , and how the rest react , as well as what nature throws at us , and then I'll tell you where we're headed.
Oh , do you think you know ? You ask that questio... (show quote)

Uh..yeah, I had a good idea that most of that stuff would happen. You mean you didn't? Didn't know the details. If you insist on that kind of thing everything will be a surprise. History is all about understanding how we got here and where we'll go next by looking at what we've already done - hundreds of times, I might add. Any i***t can predict a financial meltdown if a single condition exists - spending more than one makes. Every time this is done something bad happens sooner or later. Its not that complicated. Anyone can tell that the breakdown of the family unit, the celebration of hedonism, foolish wars, overspending, i*****l i*********n(etcetcetc) - all of which are in play here, now, contribute to the degredation any and all societies. Anyone can know that when personal power is ceeded to the government, the government will eventually use that power against its citizens. They always, without exception, do. This is another condition that exists in America, here and now. And unless we change our direction it will get worse. It always does. Read history. Read the writings of the Founders. Read the Bible! Its all there for us to see. I for one, do not believe that when I stand before God I'll be able to say "I didn't know". Do you? God gave me Reason and Intuition and helped me survive my Experience. He also gave me His word, the value of which is as much practical as it is spiritual. I am to use all these things in determining right and wrong because I can know right from wrong - on a practical as well as spiritual level. There is a verse in Proverbs that says " there is a way that SEEMETH (emphasis mine) right to a man, but the end thereof is death". I don't have to see the corpse to know its there. I can smell its corruption even in the dark. Lou, you're too smart to have me believe that you can't know we're going in the wrong direction. Debating minutia only distracts from the larger and more dire picture. A fact is just a fact. If it is not coupled reason, intuition and experience it doesn't blossom into Wisdom.

While you are on the subjects of ignorance and stupidity, both of which you are obviously quite familiar with, "purposed" is used incorrectly, dumbs**t. The proper word is "purposefully." I suppose you have always been so busy insulting your betters that you had no time for grammar. Tell me, would you classify that as "ignorant." or "stupid" on your part?

One can be purposefully ignorant , or engage in purposed ignorance ......which one is it with you schmuck . The more you try to act smart , the more you show yourself to be an i***t .

You'll find Lou with a lot of (partial) facts and a lack of understanding what they mean. I found him arrogant and quick with personal insults when his arguments run into complete facts and critical thinking - and decided to not lower myself to those tactics again - so I ignore him.

I don't act smart, you knuckle walking troglodyte, I AM smart. Nor do I have to resort to the childish temper tantrums you throw anytime anyone disagrees with any opinion you have ever had on anything. Your response to any disagreement is a SLIGHTLY more mature version of a pre-schooler telling his playmate that "you're a bigger poo-poo head." You are remarkably like your buddy, InYourFace; you can stick your foot in your mouth with your head up your ass.

Given the usual location of your head, how can you see anything?

Tell me Big Mike , just say Romney got elected . Where would you say we were headed at this juncture in time ? Would you think Romney would stop the Syrians from gassing their people ?

And tell me Big Mike , when was it determined that God was a being, and a "He" yet. That is the male egotistical belief at work. And this is just another case of religions invading politics and still wanting to hold on to their lucrative tax exempt status. Very Christian isn't it?

Same direction. A little more slowly perhaps. Presidents generally do not do things a heck of a lot differently than their predecessors and Romney's record isn't unusually conservative - or liberal. Would he stop the Syrians for gassing their own people? He might try, just like Obama might try, but he wouldn't succeed just like Obama won't. Those people have been doing far worse things to each other than gas for millenia. What's a little gas to folks who torture, and behead each other with pocket knives? This is a religious war between the sons of Mohammed and the sons of Ali. Its been ongoing for 1300 years. They won't quit because we tell them to. Other than completely annihilating them with a total nuclear barrage, what could do anything to stop them except themselves?
