It should come as no surprise that:
1. The moral climate of our country (and world-wide) is being secularized and socialized at an ever increasing exponential rate.
2. The scriptural moral absolutes are country was once founded upon no longer are cherished or believed.
3. The nations are escalating their r*******n against the Lord of heaven.
4. "The kings [rulers/presidents, judges etc.] of the earth are setting themselves and taking council together against the Lord's Anointed proclaiming [in unison], 'Let us break His bands of [authority] asunder and cast away His cords [of morality] from us.'" Psalm 2:2-3
5. As such, the persecution of everything Christian will continue escalating until everyone either acquiesces, is imprisoned [and or k**led], given lengthy and heavy fines, or have gone underground.

Due to the gradual but sure realization of the above, many concerned Christians are beginning to ask, "What are we to do when such persecution comes our way?" Is there anywhere in this world one can go to escape such methodical and deliberate persecutions? Many on the internet are offering suggestions of various and sundry countries and locals. But however peaceful, tranquil, and isolated a place may currently be, this is no guarantee that it or they will remain that way for long.

Christ in Matthew 10:23 says: "Whenever they persecute you in one place, flee to another. I tell you the t***h, you will not finish going through all of the towns of Israel [USA or any country] before the Son of man comes."

Whether we flee or not [depending upon the express unction of God's Spirit in each case], it is comforting to know: "And the Lord shall deliver me [us] from every evil work and will preserve me [us] unto His heavenly kingdom; to Whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen." II Timothy 4:18

 Agreed. I have personally been looking for several years into moving simply for peace of mind and quality of life. I lived in Belize in my mid twenties for 6 months. I love Costa Rica and could live there tonight if I could pull it off. I have looked at other places in Central and South America that appeal to me. I love the laid back life in these countries and the respect for God and morality. I love the worship services i have attended and the love for God so many have who don't have much material wealth. There is also still plenty of room for ministry work in these places. I do fear it will continue to get worse in America and worldwide. But my decisions to this point have not been made from fear of persecution but a desire to lead a better quality of life around a better quality of people without the day to day stress we have here. I did not even watch television when in Belize but had a sense of freedom that is quickly vanishing from America. I don't know how much you have traveled but when I visit many of these countries or throughout the Caribbean I sense that freedom. However if the Lord wants me to go to Israel and pick up a weapon and k**l muslims I will go.

My friend.
I think it is not that complex.
Follow your heart and your family.
The entire world is not corrupt .
The outstanding majority of souls
are on your side.
Patience allows the demon to bury itself.
Have No fear, because you know you are loved.
There is No possible outcome except victory,
In this universe or any other.
If everything fails us, God is still with us.
Do not have fear, have faith.
The understanding of the Universe we live in will come.
Do not h**e, it is self destructive.
As I Stand upon this Earth,
I feel his love.
Have faith Oliver.
Pray you will not be tested as were the apostles,
and the painful victims of ISIL.
Their suffering I have witnessed
but their prayers are loud and clear.
Be well my friend, and look to the future.

II Timothy 3: 1 "Know this also, that in the LAST DAYS perilous times shall come."

Who said anything about surrendering? It is expected that wh**ever we can do in the courts relative to law and protection, we are to undertake. Many, finding that in spite of all being done to no avail, may initially take up arms; but eventually, even this will not prevail against the onslaught of unrighteousness.

The persecution of the early Christians only helped to spread the Gospel farther and faster than what would have been normally done. Likewise, as we are forced to vacate our current abodes, the Gospel will continue to be spread even father and faster. There is absolutely no hint of surrender here.

And yes, there is coming a time in this country when each and everyone who calls himself/herself a Christian will be given the "opportunity" to be counted either against Christ or for Him and suffer the consequences.

Yet, Christ says: "Rejoice and be exceedingly glad for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted [to the death] they the prophets which were before you." Matthew 5:12

Also, the future is not just a state of mind but abides in the Almighty, the Alpha (the beginning of all things) and the Omega (the end of all things). Revelation 1:11a

Bless you. I pray God surround you with His peace. The peace that passes all understanding. I pray He protect you and your loved ones and your home. I pray you continue to grow in your love for Him and for others. I pray you continue to do the work He has for you in this very short time we have here on earth. I pray you touch and influence many lives. It is difficult to love our enemies and God will judge them.

Umm No Argument there.
PLEASE !
Define what you can do.
Don't just quote scripture.
If you cannot define it, consider it.
And let Your actions lead to a better future.

It alone can be quite rewarding
I wonder,....
Why are so many needy desperate angry and suffering.
This world has answers.
It's time to pass out the information.

Nor is it as simplistic as you seem to be making it out to be. James 4:4 states: "...know you not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God." Yes, God's creative beauty and power of the earth is fantastic and God's people around the globe are amazing; but the world systems all around this planet have all been corrupted.

Also the outstanding majority of souls is not on our side: "Enter you in at the straight [narrow/difficult] gate, and broad is the way that leads to destruction and MANY there be which go in thereat: because straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leads unto life and FEW there be that find it." Matthew 7:13-14

Yes, I definitely agree with you that I am loved and that our ultimate victory has already been insured by Christ Himself. "...thanks be to God Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." I Corinthians 15:57

It just cracks me up. I have friends and family members who's youngsters have gone recently to Italy and Kenya on I guess they call it sabbatical to save people for Christ and I say why go to those foreign places when we have lots of people in places like Portland, LA. or Oakland Calif. that need saving, or help. But that's not as much fun as evangelizing in exotic places around the world bringing the good news
