I'm with you. I believe the ridiculous circumstances presented would eventually be supposed after the Hobby Lobby fiasco. From that point, anything a business decided they disagreed to in the law, could be overcome for "religious reasons." All are free to practice their own religion but, when a business that is available to "the public" opens, those of any religion should not ever be allowed to choose whom they serve. I was immediately aware that the HL situation was a test case; especially as it attacked the ACA. Wh**ever happened to the "Land of the Free" where all the persecuted could come in order to live normal lives?

In my lifetime, Semitic food businesses were respected regarding the type of foods they carried. I was never upset that in going to a deli to eat, I was limited to cream soda rather than a glass of milk with my sandwich. But then, I am a Liberal.

As we all know, the state of Wisconsin and a homosexual couple sued a florist for refusing to provide flowers for a gay wedding due to religious objections. Apparently, Wisconsin wants to appear to be anti-discrimination at any cost. They thoughtlessly rolled over this elderly lady who stood up for her beliefs. But, time and time again, these laws come back to bite the people they were intended to protect in the ass. Here are some questioons they should have been asking themselves:

Should a Muslim baker be forced by government to bake a cake for a gay wedding?

Should a Muslim butcher be forced by government to sell pork?

Should a gay owner of a print shop be forced by government to create banners with anti-gay profanity on it?

Should a gay photographer be forced by government to photograph a rally where religious speakers are telling gays to go hell?

Should a Jewish owner of a security company in be forced by government to provide security for a N**i rally?

Should a churchgoing Christian mother be forced by government to cater an awards gala at a porn convention?

Should an Obama-loving liberal business owner be forced by government to rent the stage at his event center for a Tea Party rally?

Should a black family owned restaurant be forced by government to cater a meal for a KKK meeting?

This isn't anti-discrimnation. It's pro-offensive, and Wisconsonites will pay the price for it.

The laws are not about making someone who builds sailboats provide a caboose.
KKK members are the ones who don't want contact with Jews and other minority groups not the other way around.
You know, kind of like the people here who believe that servers spit in their food on a regular basis.
I am reminded of that PSA about the woman complaining about sitting next to a black woman and looking for a 1st class seat...the seat is given to the minority person, a typical comeuppance story that is fun to see. Upworthy, I think.
At least those who object to equal rights admit that they are space cadets orbiting somewhere far from earth.
