your guess is correct however it used to be kept in the back rooms so the public didn't see it so much now it's all over the net and tv

FDR was in a wheel chair. Not one Republican said a word about it. All of the South was once Democratic, not liberal but, conservative. the Democratic party went so far left that the Democrats went Republican because they had no other choice if the wanted to stay conservative. In the old days , as I remember, the candidates ran on policy issues . But today it's " destroy the other candidate."

Romney was too nice a guy and Obama destroyed him. Republicans didn't trust him and stayed home by the millions. If Republicans could have come together and had Romney refuted Obama's lies he would have won easily.

I am passionate about my conservative values. I don't follow any political party. From my point of reference, I agree with some idioms of every party and I disagree with many other idioms. Therefore, I can only follow my conservative values; the Constitution, liberty and justice for all. We have to fight socialism to the max because we are only a few steps to C*******m. If you don't know, I suggest you read the 10 planks of THE C*******T MANIFESTO.. You can count on my posting often. Thank you for letting my voice be heard. Nice to meet you, I just joined today myself. I have to have somewhere to vent these feelings instead of yelling at the tv. I feel the same as you do I'm sure about a lot of issues. I am 66.
Bye for now,
Diane

Romney was to much of a middle of the roader and was hand picked by the middle of the roader himself Karl Rove. I heard from to many friends and family that they v**ed for Romney but they had to hold their nose to do it. Most of us want a true conservative in the white house and not some moderate. I believe we have had enough of moderate when the SCOTUS ruled on OIllegalcare.

My thoughts parrallel yours. But sometimes we have to bet on less than we desire, which may be better than the alternative.

Yes and I would lay it square at the feet of Karl Rove and his big government politics. He knows what the conservatives want and he refuses to give us a conservative because he is in bed with the big government crew.

Would it be objectionable to say: I don't know everything. I just pretend that I do.:-)

My pick was Nute but apparently, he made too many enemies as speaker. I was a small contractor for many yrs. My employees liked me only one day a week as I was handing out the payroll checks on Friday @ 5 pm. Sometime one has to step on toes to move forward and being h**ed is part of being in command. No souldier. would ever die in battle unless the general gave the command to engage. If as a leader you don't make enemies you are not an effective leader.

I agree with you but everybody I talked to didn't like him for the exact reason you say. I happen to agree with you and I would have loved to see him go head to head with OIllegal in a debate.
