On the other strand, I thought I misread your meaning, but the conservative on your side did too. It is what you write.

I need to tell DeBlasio about "The Talk" I have had with my teenage daughters. That they need to be extra careful around young black men. How to stay safe.

De Blasio [or wh**ever (his) name really is] is an Upper West Side, limousine liberal "red diaper baby," and should be kicked the hell out of any American office; as should be any "red diaper babies," and other card-carrying c*******ts in government!!! Right from the "top" [wh**ever (his) name is]!!! C*******m is what Americans have been fighting and dying to prevent from coming "ashore," and I'll be damned if our current administration hasn't been trying to change sides for the past 6 years!!! Wake-up America!!!

"WE" just [again] taxpayer financed 9000 more Muslim "refugees/terrorists?," their many wives, children and concubines, for t***sportation, non-assimilating housing, land, education, [weapons?] medical and some kind of training camps; and OUR eyes are purposely focused on a few police officers turning [their] backs on a "red diaper baby," all grown up to be Mayor!!! Hummmmm.

The police are still our there. They have no walked off the job so as of right now there is no strike, so down! The city needs that ticket money so we'll see how far numb nuts carries this.

I don't see what you are so upset about. They are still protecting you, just letting the "J" walker go is not a big deal. They have to make their point some how, so this is the way they do it. Major crime is still going to be run just like it always is, but minor crimes are just ignored. I see nothing wrong with that, especially if you cannot strike. You have to have the ability to make your point some how and this is a good way of doing it.

These cops are not putting peoples lives in danger by their actions, the air traffic controllers strike did. That is why they were fired. They are still responding to major crimes, so l**ting stores will not get it. You still get to go to jail over that. How would you like to be at 20,000 feet along with 20 other planes with no controllers below????

Do you have a PHD in Sociality? Are you a member of the Human Resources in NYC? You did not preform any research before you made your statement. Guess what, I
researched your statement. If the mayor and city leaders took your expert advise, criminals would over rule the city for years. It takes months and yeas to train police officers, in NYC, 34,500. Across the nation 10s of thousands of positions for police remain unfilled. Why? Who wants to be paid $40,000 a year to be shot at, pissed & sh*t on by the public and liberal politicians. You might even get assassinated. I know of 7 police that have been shot in the last few weeks and 5 of them are dead. All k**led by b****s and Mexicans. Being a police officer is no walk in the park. I was close to death and my life changed forever being one.

Something to think about? The police in New York City just might be honoring the oath and not enforcing unconstitutional laws now? There are so many unconstitutional laws in this country now it ridiculous. These laws are null and void under the U.S. and state constitutions. Wakeup people.

Arrests plummet 66 percent with NYPD in virtual work stoppage

It’s not a slowdown -- it’s a virtual work stoppage.

NYPD traffic tickets and summonses for minor offenses have dropped off by a staggering 94 percent following the execution of two cops -- as officers feel betrayed by the mayor and fear for their safety, The Post has learned.

The dramatic drop comes as Police Commissioner Bill Bratton and Mayor Bill de Blasio plan to hold an emergency summit on Tuesday with the heads of the five police unions to try to close the widening rift between cops and the administration.

The unprecedented meeting is being held at the new Police Academy in Queens at 2 p.m., sources said.

Angry union leaders have ordered drastic measures for their members since the Dec. 20 assassination of two NYPD cops in a patrol car, including that two units respond to every call.

Reagan fired ATC (air traffic controllers) not a police force. Police are not officially on strike, the ATC's were.

Do you know that the Police and Firemen's Monopoly Bargaining Bill sits before Congress? This bill would mandate all First Responders join one national union, a virtual national security threat if they chose to go on strike, or do a work slow down in the midst of any crisis.

Both Senators Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy introduced this bill on September 12, 2001 who would like nothing more than to advance a unionized police state to completely corrupt our civil rights.

Yes, if Reagan were here, he would have fired these NYC cops for conducting a work slowdown. Surely, we can appreciate the frustration of our law officers when the DOJ is whipping up the turmoil prior any courts and jurist assembled. What New York, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, and dozens of other cities need are JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.

Let us hope the Republican Senate and House can get those jobs bills passed, and pronto.

I think police in NYC should have the backing of their boss. Especially if you need them to have your back at some time in the future.

A DeBlasio apology might be appropriate.

Well, Well, Well!!! DeBlasio is worried. Revenue is down - as are arrests. It seems that he was too precipitate in suggesting to ALL New Yorkers that the WHOLE Police Dept. needed "reform." Guess he's finally learning just how indispensable these men and women are and what a damn good job they were doing. Without them, he'd just be the titular head of a horde.

These men and women ARE PURPOSEFULLY, NOT ALLEGEDLY (as DeBlasio alluded), attacked every day. When two NYC detectives were attacked by protesters, as SEEN IN PHOTOS AND ON VIDEO, De Blasio called it an “alleged” attack. And while DeBlasio was making nice with the protesters and telling them how bad the NYC police are, the protesters established their contemptible chant:

“What do we want? Dead cops.”- “When do we want them? We want them now.” Nice, Right?

The NYPD are TARGETS for every criminal, addict, or civilian with a problem - whether it be because of the uniform they wear or the patrol car they drive. Their jobs are not only extremely dangerous, but onerous as well. They are not only murdered - they are assassinated - and yes, there IS a difference!!

And what is the objective of their occupation? An honorable one! - To protect and serve!!! And what support did DeBlasio offer? He told his son to be wary of THE POLICE!! Now there's a real morale booster. Apparently, a police officer HAS TO DIE before he receives gratitude or compliments from this Mayor.

Since he considers himself too proud to apologize for his disparaging remarks to the FINEST OF US, DeBlasio might be more content on a second honeymoon to Cuba. In September of 2013, a Cuban-American radio host asked De Blasio to explain his 1991 honeymoon to Cuba. "I think it's well known that there's been SOME GOOD THINGS that happened in that government." De Blasio also told the New York Times that the Sandinistas showed a "youthful energy and idealism mixed with a human ability and practicality that was REALLY INSPIRATIONAL."

Oh sure! Our Police need "retraining" but the Sandinistas are "inspirational."

Think about it. You are a Police Officer - you have the character and desire to make a positive difference in this world. You take a job protecting your neighbors, even though it puts your life at risk. You neither ask for, nor expect, accolades. The very least you deserve is respect. When your uber-partisan "boss" only demeans and disparages you, despite the exemplary work you do, what is your recourse? Quit? You have a family to raise and getting the job was no easy task. You also are dedicated to your calling and to your fellow officers. But when the boss's rhetoric becomes such that it instigates violence and hatred - when it actually becomes the catalyst for the assassination of two of your brothers, then a dignified turning of your back on this poor excuse for a Mayor, and in honor of your fallen friends, certainly does not reach the level of disrespect DeBlasio showed to your Dept..

France has just suffered a terrorist attack and so New York is raising its security level. Guess who they will call on as the first line of defense? The ingratitude is appalling!!!

So go back to Cuba, Warren Wilhelm (aka DeBlasio) - You'll probably be much happier with Castro and Co.. And BTW, for once, do us all a favor - take Barack Hussein with you.

Don't believe Reagan would have do much, NY cops are not Federal. Also remember we have an Obama not a Reagan type president. While France is on high alert NYC is also, problem is what part do you protect bridges, water system, t***sportation, what? So much cops protect that people don't see that job has become near impossible and now NYC has an i***t running the show.
