If it was not Trump but was a Democrat there would be no indictment by our current DOJ. The proof is how quickly they shoved aside Biden having unsecured documents to which he was never entitled.

after the discovery by the FBI.
So what do you think of the count that accuses Trump of showing people without security clearances our national secrets? Think about this: if Trump was so caviler about national secrets, did he do this amoung people at Mar a Largo that we don't know about?

It is not possessing them it is the undeniable fact that he lied about them and failed to return them when told to do so.

Here's what we know about the classified documents found at Biden's home and office
President Biden is facing a Department of Justice investigation after his lawyers found classified documents at his Delaware residence and an office in Washington, D.C.

They were found in multiple instances, with a White House lawyer announcing on Saturday that five more pages had been found at Biden's home.

On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed former Justice Department official Robert Hur to lead the DOJ probe.

"This appointment underscores for the public the department's commitment to both independence and accountability in particularly sensitive matters, and to making decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law," Garland said Thursday.

The announcement came just a few days after news broke that classified documents had been found at Biden's private office less than a week before the midterm e******ns in November — a discovery that led the DOJ to launch an initial inquiry.

Trump jerked the DOJ around for over a year, including making false statements that he had turned over everything, as he was moving things around and hiding them.

Your statement is not true, I'm not going to say you are lying because perhaps you believe that

If trump had fully cooperated instead of jerking the DOJ around, and running a non stop narrative about how he wasn't going to turn these documents over, they were his, he had the right, he declassified them...

There's your difference, he'd have been treated much differently had he not been so stupid about his rights as a president

That being said, what he did is and has clearly been proved, it remains to put it to a court and jury, and even that won't mean innocent if acquitted because of what we know he did because he did it in full view...he is not being imprisoned without the benefit of a court trial, which is what would be happening in a banana republic.

You need to recognize that Smith put a real case together and the only thing going to save trump now is luck and a seriously biased jury.
