Call me r****ded I don't care--I know enough about grand jury indictments to know cases are not brought in unless the chances of conviction are high .True trump has no popularity in Manhattan or NYC--there is plenty of reason for it. I Doubt seriously trump will spend 10 minutes in jail.--His money and his status will save him .

A grand Jury doesn't need 100%. Just a majority saying there is enough evidence to move forward. And they were probably almost all democrats, loosely assigned to that Jury, without challenges allowed to the potential jury members by a Trump lawyer.

It is like a walk in baseball, or nicking a batter. They are on first base with a lame runner. It is a long way home and some real great relief pitchers are lined up with great records of picking off people at first base.

This is New York. Probably almost all democrats. Everybody is partisan, and in New York probably highly so. Especially this case or non case. Trump will show up in New York, or a special arrangement will be made to have New York people come to Florida for formal proceedings. He will not be hand cuffed. He is under the security of the Secret Service. Finger printing is probably a formality and so will be the pic so the low lifes can spend the rest of their lives making fun of him with that pic. And as for evidence, they only needed a highly prejudicial District Attorney and a biased stacked jury to get it done. It is done all over America every day.

The chance is always high Tom. That was my point. Face the t***h, Trump is h**ed in New York City area. What will save him is the case has absolutely no merit or the DOJ wouldn’t have turned it down since the crime he’s accused of was Federal.
