Would you like to place a small bet that every single member of the Grand Jury was a Democrat? An indictment is nothing but an accusation of wrongdoing. They can be obtained with very little evidence if the GJ is partisan enough. Trump was impeached twice and cleared twice. These were also indictments.

It was not Democrats-- To say so is incorrect. The grand jury of Manhattan indicted him. The position of District attorney is non -partisan. Trump will be asked to surrender instead of being arrested. To enhance his "Martyr " status he may choose to not surrender then be arrested.. That remains to be seen. If there was not good evidence to indict the former president the case would have had to be dropped.---

Oh please Tom. If you believe the D.A. Is non -partisan you’re r****ded. You obviously know nothing about grand jury indictments. The defendant gets to present no evidence. It is very easy to indict someone by a grand Jury. I’d imagine there were No republicans on the jury. Trump has virtually no popularity in Manhattan or the N.Y. City area. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s convicted. He will win on appeal.

Non disclosure agreements, Tom. How much money has been paid out by Presidents, Congressmen, and Senators over the life of our country? Bill Clinton is a prime example.
