Well, for one thing there are laws on the books concerning private ownership of fully auto machine guns and things like RPG launchers.

I never tried to buy either, I know that in 1986 FOPA prohibited civilian ownership or t***sfer of machine guns MADE AFTER May 19, 1986, and redefined "silencer" to include silencer parts.
Did you? But you referenced the 2nd amendment in your first post and asked if under the 2nd I believe you should be able to and I said then and I say now "If you can afford the ammo, why not"?
PS, forgot to answer rocket answer question "did you know that owning a rocket launcher is easy to do, legal or not, they can be made home made and bought on the black market. And like anything taken underground, it makes it harder to trace who has them
