OLDROY: I am the one who spoke as to the "gun control"
being put on the national b****t along with "i******s" and my - ("term-limits"), and "recall" issues.

I never said a darn thing about "changing the constitution", simply stated : That We, the people, ARE the Govt. ....
and WE should have the right on the national b****ts to : (VOICE OUR OPINION), on the 4 items, since congress
never answers any phone calls or faxes themselves, but only done by their staff, by mimeographed letters and electronically signed.

I have never read where it is against any laws that we CANT "voice our opinion" as to what we desire, instead of only 536 persons making every decision that affect us as citizens ...??? without caring what our thoughts are....!!!

We need to inform congress this is what we WANT adhered to, and NOT what corporations and unions want.
We hired you, We want the right.... to Fire you...!!!
Only 18 states have "recall" petitions in their state constitutions, out of the 50, this is sad...!!!

It would be a tremendous help to all the citizens if, there was a mandatory limit of no more than 20 years, only if
( re-elected ) and then "automatically " in-eligible, and it must start at the state level.

It seems like congress wants to do NOTHING,.. that the citizens desire, whom they are supposed to represent,
and they are NOT doing this....

I see where someone blew it far out of proportion, and changing the constitution, was (never) spoken of.

My position is that obumma can change the Constitution with a stroke of his pen, by his 257, 258th exec. orders
on 2 of these particular subjects, "i******s" and "gun control" ...--mine was "term-limits", -- and "re-call" positions.
(congress) have already earned their pensions, now it is time for new blood and new ideas...and a new (TRUE) pres. ALSO !!!
