It happens easily.

I wish Admin would add the topic to the post masthead and a link to the original post in the quoted reply

south of Detroit.. good number of years ago, read a book in which the hero escaped Canada by driving south to the US. before that, I never realized that geography made it possible to do so.. Amused me for days..

Spotted a Robin in Waterloo Iowayesterday the 12th eating out of my outside cats dish it looked like. The ground around the dish was clear of snow, maybe that was what drew it to that area .

We're getting ready for another round of storms in CA tomorrow and Wednesday. With all the snow accumulated on rooftops in the mountains, this one could be dangerous as it may rain. Water-soaked snow is extremely heavy. It's worse than concrete. Roofs may collapse, or snow may slide off roofs and block access. Then the runoff could cause more flooding. This has been the coldest and almost wettest winter in my memory for CA. I hope spring is ready to bust out like a lion next week. Just think, come July or August when we are roasting and complaining about the heat we'll miss this weather.

Thank you Warden. If I promised to behave after this, I'd be lying.

Maybe in May? April showers bring May Flowers.

Dad joke:
If April showers be May flowers. what do Mayflowers bring?
