I am still friends with a guy I grew up with who used to pick fights with bigger kids, get his butt kicked, go into his house and come out with a baseball bat, kitchen knife, or any other weapon he could find and try to hurt you. His parents never left guns laying around. I was older and tried not to hurt him when he went off the deep end, but even I lost my temper when he sank his teeth into my arm. I saw other guys who weren't as kind as me bounce this kid's head off the black top and he always came back for more.
Everyone knew who these kids were.

NOPE! But you can get a "this is why the left should stay out parenting". This kid should have had his ass blistered when he threw a fit in the classroom, suspended from that class and therapy "BEFORE" he got hold of a gun. Poor little thing probably got told "NO" by his teacher or didn't get an "A" like everybody else!
