Bottom line, he still took that to which he was entitled to have.

At last!! Your last sentence is absolutely correct! That old dog CAN be taught!

Oh, well. I thought maybe it WASN'T just a typo. I'm an incurable optimist....I admit it.
But I try to be a realistic one.

Bottom line, moron, the very point that you say "he stole classified documents" automatically makes an ass out of you because you "assume" they were stolen and you don't know anything about any documents EXCEPT what the FBI intentionally & Illegally leaked for simple-minded folks like you to run with.

I wonder if you know how blasphemous the origin of your term "Hocus Pocus" is. I expect it fits your character perfectly.

House GOP leaders want their members to v**e against e******n reform bill, claiming it's ineffective

House GOP leadership said Tuesday that it is formally whipping Republican members to v**e against a bipartisan bill that seeks to reform the counting of p**********l e*******l v**es in order to blunt challenges to the results of a White House race.

A spokesperson for House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., confirmed to ABC News that party leaders will press fellow Republicans to oppose the bill. Earlier Tuesday, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., told reporters there would be a Wednesday v**e on the bill, which was crafted by Reps. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., and Liz Cheney, R-Wyo, two leading members of the House committee investigating J*** 6.

"In their continued fixation to inject the Federal government into e******ns, this legislation runs counter to reforms necessary to strengthen the integrity of our e******ns," Scalise's office said in guidance explaining why leadership wants Republicans to v**e "no."

Should all Democrats back the bill, it would still pass the House, where the party has a narrow majority.

The bill seeks changes to the 135-year-old E*******l Count Act, which former President Donald Trump and his allies sought to use to overturn the results of the 2020 p**********l race, the J*** 6 c*******e has said.

Among other things, the proposed legislation affirms that the vice president's role in overseeing the E*******l College count after each e******n is solely ceremonial -- a reform in recognition of the intense pressure then-Vice President Mike Pence was under on J*** 6, 2021, to reject slates of e*****rs for victor Joe Biden. The new bill also requires that one-third of lawmakers from each congressional chamber back an objection to the e*******l results before a v**e, up from the current threshold that requires any objection to win support from just one House member and one senator to trigger a v**e.

The House bill also mandates that governors t***smit state results to Congress and bars e******n officials from not certifying their state's e******n results.

Similar legislation was proposed in the Senate after bipartisan talks that included Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va, and Susan Collins, R-Maine.

The two bills are similar, though the Senate legislation sets a lower threshold to introduce objections to the e*******l count.

MORE: Manchin, Collins cite J*** 6 as they push reforms to 1887 E*******l Count Act

It's unclear which proposal will be able to garner more support, but Democrats are insistent that some kind of e******n bill make it to President Biden's desk.

"Failure is not an option. We've got to put a piece of reform on the president's desk. We've got to protect democracy. That's what all of us, that's what the entire Democratic caucus wants. That's what the J*** 6 c*******e members want. That's our focus," Rep. Pete Aguilar, D-Calif. and a member of the committee, told reporters Tuesday morning. "But, you know, in the short term, let's see which chambers pass bills. I think that's important."

Has nothing to do with Trump. Of course when any thought, word or deed triggers you l*****t to immediately blame Trump, its hard to distract you long enough to wipe the spittal off your chin.

=======================
The Founding Fathers established the E*******l College in the Constitution, in part, as a compromise between the e******n of the President by a v**e in Congress and e******n of the President by a popular v**e of qualified citizens. However, the term “e*******l college” does not appear in the Constitution. Article II of the Constitution and the 12th Amendment refer to “e*****rs,” but not to the “e*******l college.

Do not use the words E*******l College. Use E*****rs instead.
The term e*****rs are the right term because these are the people who v**e for the e*******l v**es. Ignore the word college.

The purpose of the e*****rs is to include all states, including the small ones to be part of the deciding process. Thus the 538 e*****rs were created.

However for the democrats to c***t and win, they have been wanting to eliminate the e*******l v**es. They wanted the majority v**es only. The problem with this is US is a Republic. All States make the decisions in the Constitution. Democrats stupid DEMS claim we are a democracy. So they claim the majority v**es. This disenfranchises the smaller states. We are a Constitutional-Republic.

Other ways the democrat want is to make the DC district of the Federal Government Offices are conducted. They want to make DC as a State so they could add democrat e*****rs. This is again unconstitutional because it is the seat of the Federal Government Operations. But the DC has a representative represented by Democrat is Eleanor Homes Norton.

By the way, Axelrod is a Democrat political advisor of Barack Obama. And therefore his position favors the democrat party.

I do not understand why all these liberals and s9me rhino Republicans think that challenging an e******n is unconstitutional and will destroy our nation. Our constitution points out exactly how we are to exercise our rights to challenge an e******n. The democrats did it in 2016 when at least one democratic representative I believe Raskins challenged the v**es of at least one e state and that was OK. But because Trump did it plus a lot of citizens that did get roughly and turned a protest into a r**t. You think this constitutional right should be altered or basically make it impossible to challenge any e******n again. This system has worked for over 200 years and it has served us well. Even the 2020 e******n result protest did not
Cause our republic to fail. You might think the system failed in 2020 because that right to challenge an e******n was not carried as far before. Yes the protest did turn into a r**t but the process continued after the interruption in about 4 hours I think. So let it be.

I would think that even you would realize that Trump and EVERY other citizen of this Nation is innocent until PROVEN guilty! Oh, I forgot, YOU are a Liberal horse's ass and you don't care about the rule of law!
Pardon my forgetfulness!
