He stole classified docs. Whether he is found guilty or settles out of court is what is to be determined.

Or maybe he did mumble some hocus pocus over said docs and suddenly as if by magic the great White House wizard freed said docs for his personal use.

Bottom line, he still took that to which he was entitled to have.
