I'd try fresh parsley, green onions (chopped fine) and minced fresh garlic.
Where did you get the cheese and what brand is it? We love ALMOST any kind of cheese.
I got it at United Supermarket Boars Head brand.

If you get your charcoal nice and hot, then sprinkle some water soaked hickory wood chips on top.
Then using a (prime) porterhouse sliced about two inches thick (make sure there is a good filet incorporated) and put it on the hot grill with some seasoning rub, a large potato and a fresh ear of corn, both wrapped in aluminum foil. Melt a pound of butter for the potato, steak, corn, etc. Grab a bottle of ice cold Bush beer, along with some polish dill pickles.
Oh, sorry, what were you talking about. Something grotesque. I think?

We found some amazing horseradish cheddar cheese. So I'm thinking, pound some chicken boobs out flat, and put that cheese with asparagus in them, roll them up, and bake them. I'm not sure on the seasoning part though. Any ideas? It has to be pretty much sodium free. :hunf: :hunf:
Do you think horseradish and cheddar cheese are salt free?

Major point....cheddar, salt free, probably for that matter, "any" cheese....

I know they aren't salt free. I am allowed a certian amount of sodium according to the drs. Trust me, the food/pill n**i sitting across the table right now has it down to the microgram!! If there is a salt shaker in this house, I can't find it!! :hunf:
I was just trying to think of something different to do with that cheese, because I love it!!
I have always been a meat/taters/bacon fat kind of guy. Just trying to be creative with my new fish/chicken/leaf/stick diet!! :|
