The fact that we are a Representative Republic and NOT a democracy it is up to the citizens to stop the Federal Government from abusing it's powers that are left to the States. I assume you by your verbiage you probably don't understand the difference.

Please get a pocket addition of the Constitution and read and then re-read it. They are free almost everywhere and then get back to us.

When congress receives e*****rs v**es certified by state legislatures, and for the same states receives e*****rs v**es certified by either someone in the state's executive branch or by unelected officials appointed by the executive branch; I think it should be pretty clear to anyone who can read the articles of the Constitution of the United States which e*****rs v**es are constitutional and therefore legal. Pence opened and read those illegally certified by state executive officials whenever a state had one set of e*****rs v**es certified by their legislature, or by someone authorized by their legislature, and another illegally certified by someone in the executive branch or appointed by the executive branch.
