There is no Constitutional basis for a******n. It was just contrived by the Justices who created it. It should be a state issue.

The Constitution authors could not even have imagined the murder of a baby or anyone else for that matter. Those authors were Christians.

There is no constitutional basis for not having a******n, it's up to each individual and those that are against it are because of religious reasons...they have nothing to do with the constitution.
The only reason we are here is a supreme court packed with blatantly religiously biased people...take the religion out of the issue and we have an a******n legal country

A******n was known at that time...

They used knitting needles and abortive herbs in those days, but a******n there was to be sure

Not supported, but not talked about either, people were left to deal with their own dirty laundry

Since it is not in the Constitution it belongs to the states. 10th amendment.

Because they wanted it kept quiet and out of the public eye. It would have been at that time a shameful thing to admit. It became a real issue when it became more public and openly supported by activists.

You don't have to be religious to oppose a******n...just civilized.
There are laws on the books against k*****gs or murders throughout the nation. An a******n is a k*****g or murder. Religion is not necessary to solve the issue, since we abhor k*****gs or murder in the first place, enough to pass the laws in any event. Do not k**l is a fundamental law originally published under Hammurabi in the far past, well before Christianity took hold. (This leads to the concept of Just K*****g, and further to the concept of Just War.)
Are there souls here that do not abhor k*****gs/murder? A******nists, and those who receive an a******n, I guess, accept k*****gs!

Perhaps they should have written it into the Constitution???
It's still shameful today...
