ginnyt, I changed nothing; it was a simple cut and paste from your original post. You had to have changed it after I copied and pasted and either forgot or it was an attempt to make me look bad.

Bonhoeffer knew that when God calls someone he bids him “come and die.” Dying to self and sin is never easy. But neither is it a mere matter of willing, of “decide to grow.” It involves letting God change you and that can be horribly hard and painful. It is a kind of death. The fear of life comes from not wanting to do and become what God will make of us through the complete surrender of our will. It is not up to us, as Christians, to make better choices; it is simply to allow the HS to t***sform us. The will is always meant to be passive, not active.

It is important for each individual to live life as they wish. You live your life in your own special way. I live my life the same way. The way we look at life is our own business. I can see that you are a kind and compassionate person. If everybody lived their life like that this would be a better world. We all live by what we know or are taught and by experience. You probably know things that I don't. I know things that you don't. I can't build bridges and have no desire too. I am glad there are people who do build bridges. They make life a little easier. We in this life have all the things to sustain life. We were born into these things. We did nothing to make it happen. We contributed nothing to being born into this life. Our experiences in life take us down different roads. Are you wrong or am I wrong in the way we live. We both eat and drink. We get sick and sometimes that sickness ends our life. We have no control over that either. Everybody starts their life with mama or dada. What happens after that is all experience of life. Opinions are like noses, everybody has one. My opinion and a buck will buy me a cup of coffee. I am not to concerned about knowing all things, I just want to know the right things to live in this world just like everyone else. I am not looking for fame or fortune. Just a kind word, a good morning, and have a nice day. Life is short so I just want to live everyday as if it were my last. It just might be, I don't know. The death percentage in this world is one hundred percent. Between birth and death I just want to live and let live. If I can cheer somebody up it would be nice. If I can help someone it would be better. And to love somebody it would be best. Some once said, good, better, best, never let it rest, until the good is better and the better best. Life is short, if I make everybody sad, then who is left to make me happy.

Here we go again. No one can change your post, they can only change the copied or the quoted portion. Once you write it and hit send, you or the monitors are the only people that can make a change and the poster only has an hour in which to make that change. Contact the admin and ask them yourself.

Ask the admin if anyone can change what another person writes. AND YES YOU DID CHANGE IT!!! The proof is on the screen, go and look at both, your avatar is on the right side it is what you quoted..... When you get the response back from Admin, post that response.

I am saying that you changed what you wrote while the edit feature was still on: that is entirely possible. And when you do, there is no record of the changes made; it reads as if the original post. I swear I did not change your post; I had no reason or even thought to do so. My last response to this.

Aaaarrrgg, everyone or nearly knows that if you edit, not quote reply, your comments, the results of what was previously written, go unrecorded. Try it. Post a thread and then go back and "edit" it: it will read as if the original words. No history of what was once said. If someone changes their post and someone has already used quote reply, it will not change that quote reply. As in my case with ginnyt.

Go look at the avatar on both posts. Mine has my little green saying, yours is a bald man sitting on a much too small bike. Now read the last sentence of both. Mine is right above yours. If I had changed what you wrote, my avatar would show. But, does not happen. So, go ask admin if this is possible for me to pirate your avatar and pretend to change my comments.

And if it were possible, then Admin would not have needed to write the following into the help function: "- We do not generally delete old images/posts at user's request unless there is a valid reason. So if you don't want your content to be shown here indefinitely, then please don't post it here in the first place. The reason for that is simple: deleting one user's posts usually requires deleting responses posted by other users. So for the sake of keeping the forum stable, we maintain this policy." If what you suggest can happen, then there would be no requirement for Admin to make their point that they will not delete, which implies that you too are not able to delete.

Now go look at the original post, see the avatar and look at what you wrote immediately under it. Now send an PM to admin and ask them the same question. And post it. As I did on another thread, where you went back and rewrote your comment.. The original stayed along with anyone who quoted you and then your rewritten posts show, independent of the first. You must remember the thread..... when you said that I had deleted a previous post.

Edit allows for changes that go unrecorded as being different from the original. Try it!
