What i**********n? Who is been charged with i**********n? Or treason for that fact?

Had Congress listened to the recommendations of the DC police department and the FBI warning them specifically pelosi of a potential issue they wouldn’t have wound up having what they did wind up having. Dereliction of duty should be a charge, incompetence subjecting the citizens to potential injury should be a charge, forming a c**p should be a charge. Etecetcetc..
And I still like an answer as to why if there was so much fear the c*****l p****e were letting people in unlocking gates open doors etc.

Those police who unlocked gates are among the group of 100s who were charged..

Why no treason/i**********n charges? I have no idea.. it sure is to my eyes. must be a lawyer thing..

It seems some could still be charged with S******n in its various forms.. but that may have aged off.. sorta hard to find the specific articles I hoped for..

Trump’s behavior towards Russia: not treason. All the FBI investigations Trump labeled as treason: also not treason. Then came the 6 January attack on the Capitol by hundreds of Trump supporters. That was treason according to the founding fathers, Larson wrote in an op-ed the next day.

But in the three months since 6 January, however, there has been little public discussion of “treason” as the framework for understanding what happened, Larson said. “Everything was ‘Treason, treason, treason,’ when it wasn’t, and now you have an event that is closer to the original 18th-century definition of treason than anything that’s happened, and it’s almost silent. Nobody is using the term at all,” he said.

FBI finds scant evidence U.S. Capitol attack was coordinated
Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations.
The FBI's assessment could prove relevant for a congressional investigation that also aims to determine how that day's events were organized and by whom.

Senior lawmakers have been briefed in detail on the results of the FBI's investigation so far and find them credible, a Democratic congressional source said.

Keith Ellison’s Ex-Girlfriend Posts Medical File Alleging Abuse
Karen Monahan told a doctor in 2017 she had suffered ‘emotional and physical abuse by Dem congressman
Rep. Keith Ellison’s ex-girlfriend, who accused him last month of abuse during their relationship in 2016, posted to Twitter a medical memo in which she told her doctor that Ellison had abused her emotionally and physically.

Karen Monahan, 44, the Minnesota Democrat’s former girlfriend, shared the patient progress report on Twitter on Tuesday and again Wednesday.

“Here is one of my Dr visits stating the abuse that occurred. It amazes me the measures people have to take for their humanity to be validated,” Monahan wrote, tagging #MeToo to the end of her tweet.

Ellison, the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee and the first Muslim to serve in Congress, is leaving the Hill at the end of his term and running for Minnesota attorney general this fall.

YEP!! I have read numerous places tho that the dems are using a section of the Patriot Act to hold them WITHOUT due process. They have released a few in drips and drabs, BUT. Pressure needs to be put on SCOTUS or someone that the Democrats need to put up or shut up. Cuz once it is shown that these people were politically PERSECUTED, then the REAL charges can fly. I am scared, tho, that A. Not enough Republican politicians are taking up this cause; and B. That some may be held all the way through until the dems lose Congress in 2022, at which point there had better be a plan in place for speedy release (on time served for any infraction), offered r********n for lost time and assets and prosecution of the dem operatives who orchestrated this, INCLUDING any FBI operatives. The whole thing is horrendous and about as anti-freedom, anti-American as you can get.
