Take your pick! They all have the same meaning: Be careful not to get too big for your britches!

James 3-1

KJ21
My brethren, let not many be masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.
ASV
Be not many of you teachers, my brethren, knowing that we shall receive heavier judgment.
AMP
Not many [of you] should become teachers [serving in an official teaching capacity], my brothers and sisters, for you know that we [who are teachers] will be judged by a higher standard [because we have assumed greater accountability and more condemnation if we teach incorrectly].
AMPC
Not many [of you] should become teachers (self-constituted censors and reprovers of others), my brethren, for you know that we [teachers] will be judged by a higher standard and with greater severity [than other people; thus we assume the greater accountability and the more condemnation].
BRG
My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.
CSB
Not many should become teachers, my brothers, because you know that we will receive a stricter judgment.
CEB
My brothers and sisters, not many of you should become teachers, because we know that we teachers will be judged more strictly.
CJB
Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, since you know that we will be judged more severely.
CEV
My friends, we should not all try to become teachers. In fact, teachers will be judged more strictly than others.
DARBY
Be not many teachers, my brethren, knowing that we shall receive greater judgment.
DLNT
Do not become many teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive a greater judgment.
DRA
Be ye not many masters, my brethren, knowing that you receive the greater judgment.
ERV
My brothers and sisters, not many of you should be teachers. I say this because, as you know, we who teach will be judged more strictly than others.
EHV
Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.
ESV
Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.

"Take your pick! They all have the same meaning: Be careful not to get too big for your britches!"
Your right it would be very hard to teach babes a little meat when all they want is milk.
And you are also right that those who only know the milk will receive their just reward for attempting to teach it as meat.

Do you also believed Abraham was saved by believing he would have many descendants?

I have asked many questions which have been totally ignored. Is there no one here that's even considered who the guests are in Matt 22?
Is there no one who has opinion on the 5 virgins taken and 5 left behind in Matt 25?
Is there no one here who even has a clue as to what is meant in the following verses?

For who, when they heard, did provoke? nay, did not all they that came out of Egypt by Moses?
Hebrews 3:16 ASV
For who were they who heard and yet provoked Him [with rebellious acts]? Was it not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses?
Hebrews 3:16 AMP
For who heard and rebelled? Wasn’t it all who came out of Egypt under Moses?
Hebrews 3:16 CSB
Who was it who rebelled when they heard his voice? Wasn’t it all of those who were brought out of Egypt by Moses?
Hebrews 3:16 CEB
(for who was it, who, having heard, provoked? but [was it] not all who came out of Egypt by Moses?
Hebrews 3:16 DARBY
For who provoked Him when they had heard? Indeed, did not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses?
Hebrews 3:16 NASB
Who were they who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt?
Hebrews 3:16 NIV

And there you go again, merely repeating what you did before without regard to context which shows they clearly mean the same thing. Which only shows you have no meat to your claims about the KJV.

You’re not very good at taking hints, are ya?

You are not our teacher and we are not your students! Your insistent demand in participating in your question and answer session isn’t going to happen!

Oleg, Your insistence on playing games with Gods precious Word is an enterprise in which I won't engage.

Your confusion is your own choice, as is the childish mockery and ridicule with which you accompany it.

You have displayed the versatility of a one-trick pony, belittling the time honored King James with your idolatrous misrepresentation of its teachings, strengths and weaknesses.

This is an online forum where we are not teachers, but equals.

Normally there are no teachers, however, compared to you, all are.

I'm quite sure at this juncture you will say I am twisting your words, but hey, I'm just carrying your words to their final conclusion.

Ok, great. I did not come to teach, but to learn other's thoughts. Right from the first I was told that viewing the Bible through the eye of dispensationalism is wrong. Ok, if I'm wrong I want to learn what is correct.
The only way to learn other's thoughts is to ask, so I asked, but no answers followed.

I explain the difficult passages to myself through the eye of dispensationalism, how do you explain them?
How do you explain that no bride is mentioned in Jesus' wedding parable of Matt 22?
How do you explain whom are the guest of the same parable?
How do you explain 5 virgins being taken and 5 left behind in Matt 25?
How do you explain Jesus telling a man to keep the Commandments for eternal life?
How do you explain Paul answering the same question with a completely different answer?
How do you explain Jesus saying He will catch out some folks AFTER the abomination of desolation does his thing in the Holy place?

How can I find out what others believe if they are not willing to answer the hard questions?
Why is asking the hard questions called playing games?
Why is carrying a statement to it's conclusion a game?
Why is one supposed to follow the traditional line of thinking and disregard a whole body of scripture?
