Going by your standards, there is no way any court could gather evidence against anyone accused of wrongdoing. They have shown ways that the questionable results could have occurred, but not conclusively proof because, for that, they would need to examine the machines, physical b****ts, video, and all v****g records for the e******n. Without the ability to examine the evidence, there will always be questions about the 2020 e******n. This would play to Trump asserting that the e******n was s****n from him and that is why they are hiding the evidence. This will boost his standing for the 2024 e******n, if he decides to run. By producing the evidence, provided that there is not enough fraud to alter the e******n results, it would end any chances of Trump being elected in 2024 and destroy any influence he would have. Of course, if the evidence shows that Trump was right and the Democrats really did commit fraud and steal the e******n, it will probably be the end of the Democrat Party.

You tube is not congress, they can’t make or enforce laws. They are incapable of violating anyone’s first amendment rights. They however have first amendment rights of their own that protect them from the government, in this case the president, or now disgraced ex president from forcing them to host content they don’t want to.

Congress likewise are violating the constitution and MSM'S along with the Hi Tech Industries are complicit tools of the LEFT. No one will stop them since they are all of the same feathers, with the same mission to deceive, mislead, deny the opponents of their right in the constitution. Once and the SC are of same page. MSM's and Hi Tech are all tools of the LEFT.
