People have to learn to adjust to the world and the people, and to do that quickly enough, they typically have to make some superficial judgements (such as by stereotyping), at least occasionally. As they learn more, they can see more deeply, for example they can see more of the worth of a person than just their superficial so-called "race".

Whether a person is r****t or not, the person very likely has _some_ kind of bias which, if it were examined closely, would turn out to be an unfair or wrong bias.
