Correct me if I'm wrong, but Congress has no authority to try a civilian. Right? As a civilian, Trump is entitled to a trial by a jury of his peers. It's in the Bill of Rights. Who do these clowns think they are?

Seems the plan they have is to run the impeachment thru with the hopes it will make it so he can't run again because they are and have been sacred to death of Trump !

That's because he's not one of the establishment of both parties owns no one any favors can't be brought the list goes on and on !

You h**ers just want more flesh; you want to squash Trump, your h**e is so egregious. It is obvious the l*****ts democrats are scared of Trump and see that he might actually be able to come back at them, and he might.

Trump still refuses to admit he has already been squashed.

I doubt he will lose a night's sleep over it. I am sure he has his next billion set and plan for the next 10 billion on the table. I heard he's looking a jet airliners again.

Don’t assume too much just because you read that sentence. There’s a lot more that goes to that then I think you’re able to comprehend..

Hint~~ Do you leave a President of the United States without protection so that he may be abducted with all the information he knows about the country?

Look up the rest..

The SS is worried sick about Trump anyway because he's such an incorrigible blabbermouth no matter what happens in the impeachment.

However, the biggest blabbermouths are right here on OPP. Present company included are also incorrigible beyond redemption.

What does that have to do with anything?

I'm not calling you stupid, but you seem to have some really bad luck when it comes to thinking.

Not quite accurate. Impeachment removes him from office, that is moot since he is already out of office. There is debate among legal scholars as to whether or not it is possible to impeach an ex-president. To bar him from holding office ever again would require a second v**e from the Senate after he is convicted in the impeachment trial.

The Constitution has the final say. Impeachment is for the removal of someone from office. Trump is no longer President, therefore he cannot be impeached.

He was impeached, he hasn't been tried by the Senate.

And you skipped over the part about a president committing a crime or crimes in their final day or two in office....we just forget about it?

No, we don't. But another method of prosecution is necessary to be used.

First, Trump was impeached in office.

You skipped over the trial part....a departing President can commit any crime in their final days with no consequences?

Scared of Trump? Nah....I do hope you run him again. He motivated our base too you know.

You simply refuse to deal with the question that I asked: How to punish a president who commits crimes in their final days before leaving office?

S****n e******n? That's just a mass shared delusion because you can't deal with reality.

How can you be so clueless? It has been proven that foreign powers have interfered with the e******n. And Trump has committed no crimes. Buy yourself a freakin clue. If you can't afford one, I can loan you some money.
