The executive order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of G****r Identity or Sexual Orientation states that begins by stating that "all persons should receive equal treatment under the law, no matter their g****r identity or sexual orientation."

Biden's order states that heads of federal agencies will have to review their own policies that deal with Title VII or g****r discrimination and consider to revise, suspend or rescind existing actions or create new ones to fully implement statutes that prohibit discrimination outlined in the order.

The order does not explicitly address athletics in any great detail. The only reference to sports briefly mentioned that "children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports."

T*********r athletes who compete at the college and Olympic levels already are subject to special requirements.

The other link, from Townhall Finance.. seems to address a NASA article from some years ago, about the sun being in a low activity phase.. that is true.. and that is one more reason why the warming trend in the world is so alarming... If the sun was in a normal phase the heat baking the earth would be even greater then it is.. we should all be thankful for this saving element in the CC..

Yes, I was a bit late following your links. sorry about that.. I had a great grandson over for the day, he caught a Muscovy duck and carried it into the house.. then let it go... darn it!!! never let anyone do that.. the duck flew into every corner and every sheltered place it could find, knocked things over soiled when he was near capture..

Dog gone kid.. but after it was all over, he did help clean up and was contrite..

But he still was bragging about catching the duck.. which is actually a goose..

I saw a number of posts, opposed to the facts but contending that little girls would have to go potty with males who only wished to be female.. Nor does it say anywhere that sports will be run in such a matter.

Just for the fun of it.. I will say that if a b********l m**e is so needy they must compete with the girls, I would strongly oppose that. Both for the ethics of women's sports and for the mental health of the boy.

Look at the facts, nothing at all like that in any EO you find..

You cannot be so foolish as to think that some boys would take advantage of the chance to shower with a
girl. By the way, many children or either sex, particularly those raised in dysfunctional families , do go through periods where they wish, or think that they are of the opposite sex from their biological sex. Forty years of working with abused boys who often try to pretend they are girls. Some of them also have parents, usually the mother who dress them as girls and tell them that boys are h**eful and girls are wonderful. Don't tell me that when a child grows up in such a household he doesn't wish he were a girl and therefor would be willing to get the surgery just so he would be loved by his mother, slimeball that she is!!!!

It doesn't have to explicitly say t*********r males can compete in girls sports. However, the language of the EO does say that t*********r will be 'protected'.

Also, Title IX, a law passed to protect equal educational opportunities for the sexes, including in sports. In March the civil-rights division of the Department of Education said it did violate Title IX (state/local laws banning t*********r males from competing in girls sports).

In all my life the only time I have heard any sort of like comment was a couple girls proclaiming they should have been boys, because the boys got all the attention.. far from the same and perhaps, not addressing such issues I would not even recall such g****r comments.

That sort of behavior by parents is the most offensive I can think of.. just cruel...
